Contacting Bert is the best decision I've made in a long time! I recently purchased an older home that had some rusted out pipes and clogged drains. Another plumber came and told me I basically had to knock down all existing walls and bathroom tile in order for him to resolve my issues. I wanted a second opinion so I contacted Bert. Bert was able to replace an old drum trap, snake my pipes and fix all of my issues WITHOUT damaging a single wall or piece of tile. He is also very friendly, polite and clean. I am seriously amazed at the work he did for me. Don't bother calling anyone else.

A close friend recommended All Rooter. Bert did an amazing job. He was courteous, professional, knowledgable, and explained the job well. Our drains would back up on rainy days due to the main sewer line being clogged by tree roots. He had to use a camera and rod the line. I would definitely recommend this company to family and friends.

I have an old house that I love enough to get the right work done by the right people. Bert is the best plumber in the city. I had another guy who just wasn't cutting it. Bert is my new guy. He came on time, did the work, charged me a fair price and left me happy. Bert is going to be the plumber for my house as long as I can have him. There is much more work to be done and as I can afford it I will be calling Bert to handle the job. I recommend this man to you and all my friends /family. He is awesome!!!

We were having issues with our sewer line and it had gotten pretty bad. My sister called two plumbers to come over for estimates. The first took a really fast look, said he worked in the area all the time and knew what to do, gave an estimate and wanted to start digging asap. Thankfully we waited for Bert to come over the next day to give an estimate! He was thorough and explained absolutely everything and answered every question. He set out the plan with us and made sure everything was done right and also made sure to have all of the proper permits before starting the job. The work was complete within the week and we are so happy we found someone we truly feel is trustworthy and honest. We’ll have him back for other projects soon! Highly recommend!

Bert was very knowledgeable, friendly, and very professional. He came out after hours and returned the next morning to do the repairs needed. He took his time to explain what he was going to do and gave us a heads up of what might happen good or bad. He came with his crew that were also professional and clean. They came to fix our toilets at our Funeral Home. We are extremely happy to have found a reliable, reasonable, and professional licensed plumber. Highly recommended.

Bert is the best!! It's been a month now since he arrived in our home. We had an old shower trap embedded in the first floor. Bert did a wonderful job, no problem since completion of work. He was on time and committed to the task. Bert left job site clean and complete. I would Recommend him to all my friend .

Highly recommend All Rooter Hydro Jetting. They were the last plumbing contractor (out of 4) to come out and take a look at my issue. Issue discovered last year being that next door neighbor has an illegal tap (rain and waste line) from his house into my private waste line. This was done when his house was built 20 years ago. What touched me the most is that Bert was more concerned in helping me eliminate the problem rather than focusing on the cost to fix the problem. Nevertheless, his price beat the others (one whom had done partial work and I was not happy with quality and handling of work). Bert kept his word on pricing in a 7 month long wait due to having to get the water department and city inspectors involved in this uncovered issue since the neighbor refused to move out his line and it is illegal for anyone to remove an illegal tap without the owner’s approval. After several months of meetings with the city, real estate agents, and lawyers, Bert kept in touch with me an offered honest advice throughout. This was a challenging situation as, unfortunately, it turned out that the only way to remove the neighbors tap was through court order which is a long process and requires having the resources available for it. Decision now was to go through the court process or try to work it out with neighbor again and come into a peaceful agreement. Turned out to be a conversation with neighbor, in which Bert was present to back me up, and unfortunately no agreement was able to be reached. Consequently, I had to look for another alternative. By this time it has been a year since the illegal tap had been discovered and the exterior of my house remained in a torn-apart condition. I’ve already spent over $20K trying to find this problem so I didn’t want to spend more and felt like abandoning the issue. In discussing with Bert what to do, we got into a smart solution that involved bypassing the incoming neighbor’s waste line joint (where tap occurs); thus avoiding his waste and rain water backing up to my basement. Despite this involving a different plan from the original discussed 7 months ago. Bert kept his price and still was more concerned with helping me out. I appreciate that Bert was opened to my concerns and ideas and implemented those to be code complaint. He never made me feel like he was the expert but rather was considerate with my preferences and wishes. Here I am writing this review a month later after case closed and we just had heavy rain in the last two days and no single drop has made it to my basement. All Rooter Hydro Jetting did a phenomenal job with quality of work, and equally important, customer happiness.

Our drains were clogged yesterday and we called all-rooter plumbing services for help. We have been putting off getting hydro jetting done for a year or two because we just couldn't find a plumber that sounded reliable, affordable, and serviced our area. SO glad our search finally got us to Bert! He was easy to communicate with, professional, thorough, and most of all, super friendly and easy to talk to. He armed us with knowledge (and a product!) to prevent our sewer line from getting severely clogged with roots again and even pointed out that our upstairs toilet was leaking, which we had no idea was happening. 10/10, will be calling him for all our sewer maintenance moving forward. Bert came quickly and worked his butt off and didn’t stop even when snow flurries came. He was reasonably priced and fair. He unclogged our bathroom sink, outside main line/clean out and replace our pipes.

Bert and his team were fantastic from start to finish. They had to unclog the drain pipe and install a clean-out in the front. His suggestions and patience to answer questions and run me through his work was very much appreciated. His communication throughout was superb. My mother needed the main cutoff valve to our home replaced and needed a plumber, my uncle recommended Bert from All Rooter & Plumbing Sewer Drain Services because Bert had done great work for him before. I was blessed and happy to find this company.Luis was awesome.He answered my questions, listened to my plumbing problem, and was very patient.He had excellent expertise. Water backed up into my basement a few weeks ago.He used the camera and was able to diagnosis the problem which was an obstruction in my sewer line.He and his co-worker(I believe Mannie) worked vigorously to remove the obstruction and they were successful.He also diagnosed another concern and advised me on some preventative plumbing measures and maintenance.

All Rooter has always done a great job. Good price, and on time Bert is very patient and explains you the problem with a solution and before he starts the work gives you an estimate on the work that he will do. I highly recommend him. Keep up the good work Bert.

Things moved quickly and when a problem outside of the scope came up, they took care of it. I found their prices affordable and the service they provided was so vital. They didn't push unnecessary expensive fixes, only what was really necessary. All their reasoning was well thought out and thorough.
