Just had Pete and his son, Noah, come by for a faucet installation and they were true gentlemen throughout the process. They were kind, professional, and had a new faucet going for me in under half an hour. I highly recommend getting any and all plumbing needs taken care of by Rescue Plumbing Inc. I used Rescue Plumbing to replace a broken garbage disposal. Loga came the next day to take a look and give me a quote, and I was then able to schedule Vincent and Lobo to come out and do the installation. Everyone was very polite and respectful and they did a great job. I was also pleasantly surprised by how responsive they were, I was able to get the disposal replaced very quickly. Definitely recommend them!

I needed a plumber for a broken kitchen sink drain system. Found this plumber on google and they were great! Even though it wasn’t urgent, they were able to fix the issue within 24 hours of when I called. Pete and his son were friendly, very knowledgeable and saved me a lot of issues in the future with their work. Highly recommend.

We had a gas leak and the gas company shut off our gas. I picked Rescue Plumbing based on their reviews and they didn’t disappoint. They are very responsive (another company I called didn’t answer and never responded to my voicemail). Dex was the main plumber and he is extremely knowledgeable. Dex has a lot of experience and both explained and showed what he was doing. The prices are reflective of emergency plumbing but worth it if you need something fixed quickly and done well.

Pete and Joe were great! They fixed our shower drain right away and were very friendly during the whole process. Would definitely recommend!

We did not end up needing to use Rescue Plumbing's services but I still wanted to leave a review thanking Jay for his excellent service. We noticed a slow leak in our garage that we thought was coming from a plumbing line. Rescue answered first call and was able to come the same day. They quickly discovered the leak was actually coming from a damaged HVAC but still talked us through who to call, what to do, and how to repair the damage. They also provided us with a great referral and answered our millions of questions. It was excellent customer service and we will definitely be calling them next time we need any plumbing help.

Great plumbing service! I was able to schedule an appt for an estimate and they were super accommodating and able to perform the work that same day! Pete and Noah did a great job fixing our garbage disposal! They were on-time, responsive, personable and very quick to diagnose and fix the problem. They even gave tips on how to prevent it from happening again. We'll definitely continue working with them in the future, highly recommend.

This was my first time using the service. Although I did not have an emergency, my kitchen sink was not draining well due to a problem with the garbage disposal. They were able to send someone within a couple days.
And, they probably would have been quicker if I had labeled it as urgent.

I am so pleased with the service I received today from Pete and Omar. I scheduled a service visit last night and they arrived first thing in the morning to handle our obnoxious washing machine drain problem that’s been a thorn in our sides since we purchased our unit years ago. Not only were they kind and professional, but Pete walked me through all my possible options for repair. We live in a “quirky” old building that has a slew of plumbing issues, not including those within our unit. They gave me information about our drain configuration that other companies had not mentioned and knew exactly how to tackle the problem and give us an estimate. We had them rod our drain while we mull over the estimate and plan of action, and they went above and beyond. After discovering my supply hoses were on their last legs, they set us up with an extra durable set so they will ideally last for years. They bill by the job (which I appreciate given our building is old and repairs are sometimes more time-consuming) and took their time making sure their work was sturdy. Pete taught me about things as he went and alerted me to a valve issue (and other issues) that we’ll need to tackle down the road.

I was just remarking to my husband several days ago that there’s no integrity left in business, but Pete and Omar certainly reversed that opinion. This means a lot, especially being a female client who is used to being talked down to or brushed aside. Thanks, guys!

Called to get a leaking boiler pipe fixed. Fast response, got a quote, and my boiler was not only fixed, but brought to code. Excellent job by Freddy and Carlos whom were very professional, knowledgeable, and informed me what needed fixing/replaced. Excellent! Will call them when I need pluming repairs in the future. As well as recommend them to others!

Pete arrived quickly and assessed the situation -- my old toilet needed to be replaced. He and Noah were back early the next day with a replacement that was installed in no time. Not only were they fast, but they were thorough and friendly. After the successful install, Pete cleared up all the materials and the old toilet and left the space clean. Pete and his team were awesome. Our dishwasher wouldn't run, except for one hour quick wash. Three different people gave three different diagnosis. Pete was the only one who caught a pinched copper pipe under kitchen sink. He assured that it was the only problem and dishwasher will run fine after the fix, that's exactly what happened. Easy appointment, free estimate, honest diagnosis and quick fix. I highly recommend them.

A big shout out to Rescue Plumbing. They certainly came to my rescue. My shower wouldn't turn off completely and I needed a quick fix. They arrived within two hours. Victor Cruz was polite and efficient and got my shower working properly again in no time!

Omar and his crew at handled a major plumbing and infrastructure project on my 1918 two-flat — sewer replacement, ejector pit, and lead water service line replacement with new copper. The whole project took about three weeks.

Mid-project, his crew discovered that massive parkway tree roots had completely compromised the original sewer path, which meant the new sewer line had to be rerouted through the center of the basement. Omar explained the options clearly, adapted the plan without drama, and kept the project moving.

I had a tenant and a newborn in the building during the project, and Omar's crew caused hardly any disruption.

More than anything, Omar is someone who respects your time, fully explains what he's doing and why, and doesn't try to take advantage of you. The work quality is excellent, everything comes with a five-year workmanship warranty, and I'd call him again without hesitation.

We’d been having problems with sewage backing up into our finished basement during heavy rains, and it was a nightmare. We knew we needed a flood control system and had three companies come out for estimates. All of them had 4-8 week backlogs, and none of them seemed curious to figure out what was actually causing the problem.

After our second flood of the season, we reached out to Omar at Rooter Flush to help us figure out how to drain the standing water and what stopgaps we could put in place until we could get a system installed. He answered right away and was there the same day. He helped us diagnose the problem, hydro-jetted the line, and got the water drained. Then he told us he could install a flood control system comparable to our other estimates, at a fair price, and could start in just two days. He didn't even charge for the initial diagnostic and hydro-jetting since we decided to go with him for the flood control system.

Here we are exactly one week later and the system is completely installed. It looks great, and I feel a huge sense of relief knowing the next heavy rain won't upend my life. Omar and his team were professional, communicative, followed through on their promises, explained everything, and showed up exactly when they said they would. If you are having sewer issues, Omar is your guy.
