Called Rescue Plumbing for an emergency repair of a shower that was leaking badly into lower unit. Pete contacted me within 5 minutes of my call and was at my 3 Flat within another 10 minutes. Pete was able to diagnosis the problem and repair within a short period of time. Highly recommend Rescue Plumbing and more specially Pete.

We’ve had them do multiple services at our house. They are FANTASTIC! Lloga did a new water heater and unclogged a drain for us then later helped us with a toilet issue. Incredibly knowledgeable, efficient and so very kind. Absolute first call if we need anything done! Thank you!

Had my ejector pump overflow into the basement. Pete Ismail and his son responded in a quick and timely fashion. They were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, and quickly rectified the issue. They gave advice on how to avoid running into the same issue. Would wholeheartedly recommend.

Just had Pete and his son come out for an estimate to run a gas line to my laundry closet to hookup a dryer. He was very honest in that the significant cost to convert the dryer from electric to gas was not worth it, and that I should just switch the outlet from 110v to 220v. Other plumbers might have pushed me to into the job, but I really appreciate him being truthful with what’s necessary, especially since I know nothing about plumbing. I’ll definitely keep them in mind for future plumbing needs.

Pete and Noah we’re very friendly and explained every detail before starting the work. The job was done cleanly and quickly. They even took the time to explain and display the end result of the work so we could see what was fixed. Highly recommended!

Loga and Omar were very proficient and good with their work. I personally always have bad experiences with plumbers but this was definitely the best. Will call this company again, preferably ask for the same workers. They did their job very nicely and in a good amount of time.

Pete and Noah were called in for an emergency water backup situation. They showed up on time and were very friendly and professional. They walked me through what was going on and what they were doing because they needed to use a sewer camera. Let me tell you, I have fond respect for someone like Pete who’s been doing this for a while, had the professional courtesy to educate his clients and inform them every step of the way. Listing out all the options and being totally candid about all that is being done. Would recommend them to anyone having any sort of water/plumbing situation.

Pete and Noah were so incredibly helpful and transparent about what I needed for my dishwasher leak. While not great news, I really appreciated Pete's no nonsense approach and honesty with what I should do next. Will definitely be calling them again!

Love this service. Pete has helped me a few times, is always friendly and knowledgeable, and once was able to help me fix a leak myself over the phone based on a short description of my problem!

A couple of weeks ago, I found out my toilet was clogged, and I had a broken tank as well. I had checked online for different companies to give me an estimate on fixing the issue. I went through six different companies, and they all had high prices. The last company I checked was this one. I was surprised at how low the cost was. I didn’t hesitate, based on the reviews, it seemed people had good experiences. I made an appointment, and right away, Bob and his helper Santos came over and took care of the issue. They were polite, respectful, and knew what they were doing. They reassured me that everything was going to work out. The cost was relatively low to what I expected based on other companies. I would not hesitate and recommend these guys. Now I know who to go to if I ever have any plumbing issues.

Dax from Rescue Plumbing was awesome! Called Friday evening for a leak under the sink and he was there within a few hours. Stopped the link and recommend a new faucet, which he came back first thing Saturday morning to install, because I didn’t have a new faucet in hand at 9pm Friday night and stores were closed. Excellent service! We will only call Dax and Rescue Plumbing in the future.

The plumbers Pete and his apprentice Noah were knowledgeable (educated me about the toilet I purchased), helpful (hauled away materials), and eager to do the job right. I was very impressed and relieved to have them sent out in a short turn, high stress situation. Excellent service from true professionals. Much appreciated!

I can't bring to express how happy and pleased I've been with Rescue Plumbing! I had basement flooding that 5, yes 5 other plumbers could not figure out. I ended up needing major inside and outside plumbing work done to fix the issues. I worked with Pete and Noah and throughout this process and they were quick, accurate, professional. They have done the job and done it right and I finally don't have to worry every time it rains if my basement will flood or not. I know it will not flood now and I'm thrilled.

Pete and Noah came out to repair 3 things and did a quick and amazing job. They replaced a hosebib, replaced a drain assembly in a bathroom, and diagnosed, and fixed a rust issue in our shower, all in 3 hours, including getting parts. The best part of their work is that they explained the problem and how they were going to solve it. They also listened to all our questions and answered them seriously. If you hate it when service providers talk over or past you and do not explain their logic, you'll appreciate Pete. Next best thing is that they do not nickel and dime you. While replacing a steel nipple on the shower head, they also flushed the water system to eliminate a bunch of residue that had been reducing our shower pressure, no extra charge. Last thing that I appreciated was that Noah is Pete's son; it's great that he is learning the trade from his dad. They are definitely the first people we'll call when we have a plumbing issue again.

Pete and Noah were great. Came right on time, quickly diagnosed the issue and had all the necessary parts to complete the repair an hour from when they arrived. I will be calling them for all my plumbing needs!
