This guy really overcharged me. $650 for a 15 minute p trap installation. Average price for this is $250. He promised a receipt and never sent one. He told me that he charges $250/hour plus labor, but that they don’t charge by the hour, but by the job. His explanation didn’t make any sense.

Contacted All Rooter for drainage issues. Bert showed up within 30mins and was able to solve the problem. I am really glad I contacted All Rooter, I will contact them anytime I have plumbing issues. Will refer to friends and family as well.

I've called upon Bert more than once, there isn't enough good things I can say...I think the most important is that I will call him again and recommend him to family and friends. So stop calling around and just call him. I've called the larger companies are they are all about upselling and Im sure they get people to pay them absurd amounts. Nope..not for me...

I am extremely cautious when it comes to plumbers. However, BERT'S THE BEST!! My sewer line was clogged and filled with grease. Bert cleared the clog and CLEANED & REMOVED ALL THAT NASTY GREASE! I can say that I will be keeping All Rooter & Plumbing and Bert in my contacts!!! THANKS A BUNCH BERT!

We were having issues with our main line being backed up and there were two companies we called and no success. We were told that the tree roots were so bad that we would have to spend close to $1,000 to cut through the bad roots and we didn't have a good feeling about paying for this service. Our house had a toilet that was clogged and bubbling anytime someone flushed another toilet in the house. I called Bert and his brother around 12:00pm, and they got to our house by 12:15pm on the same day, and the entire problem was fixed by 1:30pm. They sent cameras into the lines, took much care with the property, and explained everything in great detail. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for bilingual plumbers with great service and rapid response.

Finally found a GREAT plumber!!! Bert found a huge root ball in our pipes, cleaned out two clogged drains, and repaired a leaky water main. He was kind, professional, hard working, and communicated everything as he went. Highly recommend!

I, A.Jamison would Like to thank Bert from All Rooter for coming to my rescue, even though it was raining and cold, he tackled my problem like a true champ, clearing up my problem (clogged sewage pipe) the best he could under the wet and cold circumstances. My water bill increased almost triple the amount and at 7:30pm he showed up that same night to assess the problem. He showed up on time, crawled under the house and he assured me that there was no leak and further more proved it by showing us the meter. He could've been dishonest and said there was an issue but he didn't. Also all communication was via the yelp app and through text which was super convenient for me.

AMAZING SERVICE!!!!I really don't know where to start. The communication since the first message was awesome. Bert was very professional especially following the Covid guidelines. He had his mask on at all times. He quickly diagnosed the problem and fix it. There was a piece of plastic and other things blocking the pipe that was coming from the basement toilet. It was a mess. Without hesitation he got right into it. Once, he unclog the pipe he started to clean the mess. I was surprised because you don't get that nowhere else. Very genuine hardworking man. THE BEST PRICES IN TOWN!!! I STRONGLY RECOMMEND HIS BUSINESS TO ANYONE, INCLUDING MY FAMILY! All I know i can finally sleep in peace again! THANKS SO MUCH BERT!

I can't say enough about Bert and his staff. I had a plumbing issue in our condo that lasted for multiple months. Our building's kitchen line would become clogged and sewage water came up our sink because we were on the bottom floor. One plumbing service would resolve it by rodding the line, and the problem would return time after time. Finally, the other services gave up on it. They said they couldn't find the catch basin, they said the pipes were too narrow to put in a camera, there was too much risk to hydro jet it. Bert not only came up with answers, but he came up with ones that finally brought an end to our issue. There was even a point where we were discussing excavation, which would have brought him more money, but he wanted to try something different, which worked, and cost me a whole lot less. I'm grateful in many ways for the work he did.

My husband and I bought our first condo and within two weeks our new downstairs neighbors knocked to let us know our shower was leaking into their bedroom. This was not the news we wanted to hear but after reading other good reviews I called All Rooter and Plumbing and was very happy with my decision. Bert diagnosed the problem quickly, got the work done fast and while I'm not familiar with plumbing expenses I believe the price was reasonable! And while I hope we don't have any more plumbing issues in the near future, if we do Bert is our man.

I had a huge plumbing issue last Saturday. I called a few different companies and wasn't satisfied. Called Bert and showed up 30 mins later. He tried rooting Saturday night. Sunday morning and Monday. Finally found a LARGE root had taken over the main line about 50'. Out. He made it his priority to get the line open and then replaced the bad sections. Greatly thankful for his hard work and service. Installed a cleanout because I didn't have one. Great service and the quality of the service second to none. I highly recommend them.

My horrible plumbing story has a happy ending!
After 2 plumbing companies came and attempted to conquer without success, I called All Rooter plumbing on a Friday and the next available appointment was Wednesday. (Mind you my kitchen had been clogged for 1 week already messing around with these other companies).
They called me Monday AM and mentioned that they could come now. Bert arrived to house on time and mentioned that the sink and pipes were severely clogged but that he would do everything in his power to unclog it. At first we talked about having to cut into the concrete and possibly replace pipes, however 3 days later Bert got it unclogged without having to break ground!
I was not able to be at home but Bert always text me, called and even sent me pictures with updates.
VERY PROFESSIONAL!!! I will continue to use All Rooter Plumbing!!
