They carefully repaired a balky tub faucet. Turned out to be a complicated process because of some parts issues, but they persevered and it's all working well now.

I have a 30+ year old wall mounted Kohler Wellesley toilet that just started to leak. I tried to fix the leak on my own, and was not able to fix the leak. I called Johns Plumbing, as recommended by my condo building. The superviser reviewed an estimated billing scenario; but qualified anything is possible with an old toilet. I agreed to schedule the appointment, which Johns did within a few days (I shared the repair was not urgent) since I had a second toilet. As was offered to me, and so as to maybe lower the total repair cost, I went and purchased the likely replacement parts. Johns came on the scheduled day, and within the 4 hour time slot promised. Felice, the Johns Plumber who was sent to my appartment, was very professional and knowledgeable. He was also very thorough as he was disassembling the two piece toilet and removing the toilet from the wall, so as to try to trouble shoot what was cauasing the leak. Felice carefully inspected all the various parts as they were removed/dissassemblied, and prepared/cleaned the parts as necessary. Luckly, the new replacements that I bought were installed, the toilet reassemblied, and mounted back on the wall. Felice completed various checks of the toilet, and for leaks, repeatedly. He then cleaned up the work area. Throught the entire time, Felice explained what he was doing and answered all my questions. Toilet now working and no leak! Happy Customer! Nice Job Johns Plumbing! The company was very responsive and able to accomodate a tight scheduling window to address a leak. Marty was fantastic as he communicated well what his diagnosis was and what he was going to do to correct the issue. He also provided tips to avoid future issues

Please be aware of John’s plumbing trucks, especially #72! This is an aggressive driver and decided (on a very crowded expressway) to cut us off and almost hit us. John’s Plumbing, please give your drivers a refresher course on how to drive in a civilized manner or at the very least have a discussion with this driver. On 8/13,/25 he was on I55 at 3:45 pm.

Large high-rise community and these guys are always responsive, timely and knowledgeable. Ethan has been an incredible liaison and a joy to work with. I would recommend John’s Plumbing after having worked with them on multiple occasions.

I’m a maintenance engineer for a property of over 300 units. Johns Plumbing is the go to plumbers, they are prompt, reliable, efficient and a professional company. Eathan is great, he may not be a plumber but if you’ve ever had the chance speak with him about an issue he’s gonna send the right person for the job. I can go on and on about the Johns Plumbing entire team, but if you have a plumbing issue it’s in your best interest to call Johns. No, I’m not a paid reviewer. I have 6 years of doing business with Johns. If they were not good at what they do, I would just call someone else.

Overall had a good experience with John’s plumbing. We had one miscommunication that we brought to their attention and they resolved it quickly. They were very responsive and finished the work in a timely matter. They also worked with our contractor to make sure they didn’t install anything that would make it difficult for them to finish their work. I recommend sending pictures or having them come on site for a quote so there are no misunderstandings later on. They did a great job with all of the work they completed.

we recently got our first visit from johns plumbing inc. the service was fast, smooth and really clean. i would recommend this company for those who are on emergency needs, or need a quick fix but for sure attendant. thats johsn plumbing for us. ;)

Took a 1/2 day from work and the plumber never arrived or called to say they were late. Communication is always key.

Horrible experience! Bad customer service! Set up a Appointment for service, i was given a 2 hour window for the tec to show up, got a call 30 min after my appointment saying it will. B bit late! When i waisted almost all my day waiting for this person!

Called at noon and asked if they had availability today and they said someone would be here between 2-3pm. I called at 345 to check in when no one showed or called and they confirmed my address and said they would call the tech and get back to me. It’s now 615 and no one showed or called. Looking For another company to come in the AM. Things happen but communication would have been very helpful and I could have tried to get someone else out today.

Outstanding job.The plumber was able to figure out the problem in a short period of time. They were done in about an hour and did a thorough clean up.We were very impressed with their work.

Excellent experience! Had a kitchen drain clog and they were able to come out the same day and solved the issue in a very professional and a quick way. Alex explained everything and completed the work in less than 2 hours. Everything was clean and neat after he was done and the price was very competitive.

John is amazing! I needed help with my shower drain . I called McFarland Plumbing Repair service and they came immediately. I have had a problem with this drain for a while . 2 other companies tried to fix it and couldn’t but still had to pay them for their time. John was able to fix it quickly and had great customer service. He is very social and professional. Reasonably priced as well . I will be using him for any future problems.

One of the larger and highly rated plumbers told us that we had to replace our water main at a cost of close to $4,000. The technician came out to take a look and his experience told him that the way the water meter was moving wasn’t consistent with a water main leak. He fixed a small leak in our shower which fully resolved the issue. We came close to spending $4,000 on the wrong repair and he saved us.
