The people at McFarland Plumbing Repair Service have been great to work with. I have had them out on three separate occasions, and their demeanor and workmanship seem to be top notch. Everyone from the office staff to the technicians themselves seems to value and respect their customers. They are very pleasant and will definitely use them again.

They have had good communication and have been able to get things done in a timely matter. They always clean up afterwards and leave my tenants with a good long lasting impression. Fast and reliable service. I was referred to McFarland Plumbing Repair Service by a friend.I called them on a weekend and they were able to send out a plumber to replace my broken water heater.He was able to replace it within two hours. He was done in two hours.I was very impressed and would definitely recommend them.

Have had great experiences with McFarland Plumbing in past and today was no exception. They called a few minutes before arriving and showed up on time. Alex was the plumber and he was really pleasant and efficient. He explained everything carefully after he diagnosed the problem and then gave me options with estimates before doing any work. He finished up, cleaned up nicely after himself and was quite professional overall.

Hired McFarland Plumbing Repair Service guys 3 weeks ago for slab leak repair and was really happy with the result. They were all friendly and very experienced in their field of job.Their prices were also much lower than other plumbing companies have contacted before. McFarland Plumbing Repair Service exceeded my expectations today. James was professional, courteous, respectful, and patient. When my drain did not unclog the first time he took another approach to get my drain unclogged. He did not leave until the drain was unclogged. In addition, James went above the call of duty and added trap to the drain to reduce future clogging issues at no additional charge. The customer service provided by James and his company were amazing. McFarland Plumbing Repair Service will be my future choice in providing plumbing services. I will be recommending them to family and friends.

McFarland Plumbing Repair Service came highly recommended through my employer and they were absolutely correct. We had just purchased a home and had to redo all of the plumbing. The crew was very polite, professional and personable. Everything was explained prior to any work being done and anything that needed to be thrown away they took it with them. I highly recommend them for any plumbing projects that one would need to do in their home.

Terrible. Had a leaky kitchen sink. Came out and said they needed a part and they would have to come back. 2 days went by, nobody communicated with me, rude, terrible service, not timely, no sense of urgency, 2 days later, my sink is still leaking and I have to start over and hire someone else. Save yourself the hassle, don't do it.

It was our pleasure to work with Diversey. The team (both the office and service staff) did a great job from start to finish - diagnosing and responding to our problem, keeping us informed and completing the work. We really appreciate their effort.

I haven't seen a worst service of this kind ever. The entire staff is super-rude, especially the owner, they don't pick up the call and if they choose to call back, they take their own sweet time , sometimes 3-4 days.
Then, the owner itself is not on the same page with their own plumber. In the end, they didn't do anything to fix the issue and eventually had to hire another plumbing service after wasting whole month with them.
Avoid them as much as you can.

I had an old water heater that died and Diversey Plumbing was assigned through my home warranty. I did get charged extra for an extra difficult job which I believe was fair. Quote was given prior to installation and there were no surprises. The installers were very professional and friendly. I would go to them again with future requests.

Sadly I cannot give zero stars. Anywho, our dishwasher was clogged and the pump sounded to be overworking. This led to a bad smell in the dishwasher after use and standing water, not to mention it wasn't drying the dishes either. All of this was explained on the phone to DP&S as well as telling them no additional water damage or issues near the dishwasher or sink existed.

They disregard all initial information given to them and send out a guy who does absolutely nothing besides corroborate what we had already told them. All he does is give us the name of someone that can fix it.

We are then charged $75 a couple days later via a mailed invoice. I call in and talk to Bonnie. I explained my situation and that I think it's unreasonable for me to have to pay. I do this in a calm, professional manner as a way to hopefully get to a resolution that works for both sides. Bonnie responds with "Oh, so you don't want to pay?!?!" and then promptly hangs up.

Unbelievably terrible service and just mean-spirited, unprofessional people. DO NOT USE THEM UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE. Bonnie, I hope your day ends better than it started. Cheers.

This company was sent to me by my home warranty service. They arrived on time and explained to me what their next steps would be. I had a very old water heater that just wasn't getting my water warm let alone hot. They ordered me a new one and replaced it within a week. I'd definitely use them again.

The company in question was dispatched to address an issue through my home warranty service. Unfortunately, they failed to honor the scheduled appointment. Despite numerous attempts to reach them throughout the day for updates, they remained unresponsive. Curiously, they only answered the phone 15 minutes after the designated appointment window had lapsed, attributing their delay to an alleged attempt to contact me at 7:33 AM, claiming that my phone remained unanswered. However, it is notable that no missed calls or voicemails were evident on my device. Additionally, the conduct of the assigned plumber was unacceptably rude. In light of these circumstances, I cannot in good faith recommend this company.

Company was assigned via my home warranty service. They came and assessed my water heater, and didn't give me any insight to the issue and just left and never got back to me! I eventually got hold of them 3 days later after leaving messages, texts and calls. when the owner spoke to me, they were so rude and believed they didn't owe me an update until they had spoken to the insurance company, not even just a basic diagnostic on what the issue was. i cancelled the work order and went to a more professional company!
