No details as to what we were actually charged for and when asked, did not provide any further information. Extremely unprofessional as well. Will never use them again and I advise everyone on Google not to do so.

Incompetence at all levels. They doubled my bill after giving me the price on the phone. They didn’t show up to the initial appointment. Terrible at returning calls. Would not recommend

Look elsewhere for your plumbing needs. After confirming an appointment the day before these guys no-called, no-showed me which is unbelievable considering how easy it is to call/text in today’s world. Inconsiderate and unprofessional. Zero stars if I could.

Blew off an appointment without notice causing me to miss work. I had to call them multiple times to get this information from them. Any number of companies could have handled my simple problem better than them, so I highly recommend you don't make the same mistake I did if you are reading this.

Excellent! Felice arrived right on time, diagnosed the problem with my annoyingly complicated German faucet, and fixed it with great care. Everything was done methodically, in a way that ensured no damage was done to the finished residential space - counters, cabinets, walls, etc. Highly recommend.

Very RUDE and seems to be PREJUDICE. I asked about what areas they service. The older woman asked for my address and a few seconds later she asked for the name of my neighborhood/area. When I told her, she said they don’t service that area and they only do downtown. I proceeded to ask for a reason why, if there was someone I could talk to about why, or if they charge by travel time, etc. As I proceeded to ask questions, she repeatedly cut me off to tell me she could give me another number and ignoring all of my questions. She never gave me a complete answer to any of my questions and eventually hung up the phone on me. Very unprofessional. 1 out of 10 stars, do not recommend.

Would give 0 Stars if that were an option. They quoted my elderly mother $300 to clear a drain. Showed up late, took her debit card info, didn't provide invoice charged over $900.00. Now 3 weeks later, drain clogged again and they won't stand behind their work and won't take our calls.

I strongly advise against using this company. They charged me for 8 hours of plumbing work at $190 per hour, despite only being in my unit for 2.5 hours. I have evidence from my Ring camera showing the actual time spent. When I called the company to dispute the charges and asked for an explanation, they provided no clarity and simply mentioned that there was additional work needed, even though they were not in my unit. This feels like a total scam. Avoid this company at all costs.

Did Things I did not ask them to do.I asked them to replace a small Pipe under kitchen sink.1st day they came and rodded out the sink(did not ask them to do that). I had to call them back to come out for a 2nd day to change the pipe ( what was originally requested) I got bail for 1640.00 .The job at the highest should have been 500 or 600. I'm a retired maintenance engineer of 45 years , I know the building and I know my tenants apt. I called them and they gave me a 200.00 break. THAT WAS BIG OF THEM. Will never use them again. I will ask the management company to do the same. STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY. No stars

If I could give them zero stars I would. I should have read the reviews before hiring these yahoos. My building uses them for the plumbing needs of the complex and I hired them to replace a simple vanity. Plumber arrived late because the dispatcher gave him the wrong address, but I was charged for him going to the wrong place. Luckily my building maintenance guys were there because this incompetent plumber proceeded to say the new vanity couldn’t be installed for every ridiculous reason under the sun. My guys proceeded to figure out a solution, removed the old vanity, installed the new one while this plumber sat in his truck. My guys had to provide him with supplies b/c he didn’t have the parts on the truck. He caulked the back of the vanity once my guys finished the actual install. Then I was charged $750 for five hours of work and told to pay it or they’d put a lien on my condo. The office person said my first mistake was signing the work order and I’d essentially lose if I tried to fight them. My FIRST mistake was hiring them in the first place. I called immediately after the plumber left to explain that their plumber hadn’t actually done anything, highly unprofessional, whined and complained about the job at hand. Then I’ve didn’t receive a bill or invoice - just a call saying I owed them money and to pay up. I assumed they weren’t sending me a bill because there wasn’t any work actually done. They then apparently sent the bill to the wrong address where they originally sent the plumber🤦🏻‍♀️. They offered a “discount” of $250 and indicated I should be thanking them. HIRE ANYONE BUT THEM!

Adam was in and out of my unit with the problem solved in no time! He even gave me recommendations on how to prevent the same issue from occurring in the future !

John's Plumbing was fantastic. They got me in right away and were very professional all around. The gentleman who helped me was also really nice and knowledgeable (Marc). The company was quick, my invoice was sent by email and it was very easy to navigate the payment portal. I would absolutely recommend them and will use them again in the future.

Worked with Johns Plumbing for 25+ jobs focused on riser replacements in a high rise building. Never any issues with scheduling or execution of the work. Plumbing is a difficult business and these guys are committed to seeing the job through.
