I confess, I don't have any knowledge about plumbing, it might as well be rocket science to me. Melvin assisted us in selecting fixtures that were a perfect match. Upon Brian's arrival, he discovered the entire shower valve concealed in the wall required replacement. This didn't shock me, as we've replaced all the pipes in our house except for that hidden section in the wall. I would have rated the team a full 5 stars, but Melvin didn't inform us of the exact arrival time of the plumber. Fortunately, I happened to be home on that particular Friday afternoon when Brian arrived.

had a slow-draining toilet and figured there was a partial clog in the pipe. i set up a visit online, and brian showed up right on time. he used his digital camera to check the waste pipe but didn’t find any blockages. then he flushed the toilet and quickly realized the issue wasn’t in the drain, but the water jets under the bowl rim were partly blocked by calcium from our hard water. this made the toilet fill too slowly for a good flush. i asked if using a gel acid to descale the jets would help, and he said yes, but if that didn’t fix it, he suggested maybe replacing the toilet since it’s very old. he didn’t charge me for the visit and was very friendly as he left. luke's rapid plumbing is an awesome plumbing company. i highly recommend them.

In about an hour, my leaking faucet was fixed and i finally had running water in my house again. I was worried about the bill, but it was under $200, way less than i expected.
