DO NOT RECOMMEND. I hired Pierce Plumbing to replace a wax seal in my toilet. When replacing it they crushed the seal and caused a leak into my downstairs neighbors apartment. After calling four times in two weeks I received no response and they have taken NO responsibility to help repair the damage. Complete nightmare.

The plumber who came did an excellent job of explaining to us everything he did. He answered all of our questions, was polite and he cleaned up after himself. We will always call Pierce Plumbing Service because their technicians are friendly and do their jobs well.We will also recommend them.

Last evening I called Pierce Plumbing Service as I had a water drainage leak running from my second floor bathroom into my kitchen.They responded promptly and came first thing in the morning and was able to get a plumber the same day.He located and replaced the leaking pipes perfectly.The cost to repair was reasonable and less than I had expected. I was very pleased with the service ,the plumber was very friendly and knowledgeable.I recommend them fully.

All work done was great. Plumber fixed up a mess that originated with the old home owner who was a do-it-your-self. Pricing was reasonable, emergency service surcharge was very reasonable. I'd definitely use Pierce Plumbing Service again. I won't be procrastinating next time I need a plumber.

These guys went above and beyond on a weekend when our tankless water heater broke and needed replacement. Not only did they spend Saturday finding the right model to fit into a tight space, which wasn't easy to find, but then they came out on a Sunday morning to install it. The plumber did excellent work. Personable, experienced, efficient--that's how I would describe him. His work is just the best and I can't recommend Pierce Plumbing highly enough.

Pierce Plumbing incorrectly replaced a wax ring on a toilet in a second floor unit in our building. As a result, sewage leaked into the wall and down to the ceiling of a first floor unit. We've flagged this issue to the company multiple times and after two weeks they have still not replied to us to cover repair costs for the damage they caused. We now have to repair our drywall to the cost of more than $2,500.

Initially, the first plumber from Luke's Rapid Plumbing, let's call him Melvin, arrived and suggested that we might need to replace all the pipes upstairs due to the uncertainty of the blockage location. Melvin coordinated a follow-up visit with his manager, Ezra, assuring us that if anyone could resolve this issue, it would be Ezra. Ezra did mention the possibility of re-piping but committed to doing his best to avoid that. Cutting to the chase, Ezra successfully managed to rectify the issue without the need for extensive re-piping, for which we're immensely grateful! While their services might seem a bit expensive, they are transparent about it. Considering the urgency of our situation in Chicago, we were simply relieved to have the problem fixed.

I've finally discovered a plumber, from Luke's Rapid Plumbing, who not only arrives on time but also does top-notch work, charges reasonably, and is so amiable that he feels like a member of the family! I enlisted the help of Terrence to improve a pipe for the installation of a sprinkler system. When an old town pipe, worn down from years of decay, suddenly ruptured, Terrence remained composed and took control of the situation. He, along with his team members, Melvin and Ezra, had to work in a cramped, dim crawlspace, but they completed the task without losing their good spirits. The backflow preventer they fitted on the front of my residence is a masterpiece. But there's more! When my son's boiler began to leak, I reached out to Terrence and he was there on the same day! I wholeheartedly endorse them, they are always ready to assist.

i highly recommend these plumbers. what i thought was just a clogged drain turned out to be a much bigger issue. brian came out to check my bathroom in chicago, where water was coming up through the floor vents. thanks to his careful inspection, he discovered that the pipes had burst under the floor. we decided it was the perfect time to remodel our bathroom. brian explained every step of the process from beginning to end. he is hardworking, friendly, and really knows his stuff. i am very happy with my new bathroom!
