Review written 03/02/2026. They correctly repaired drainage in sink in old house and sink is draining way batter. They did the repair a few months ago and the repair has held up well.
However, not giving full stars because their employees moved my security camera and turned it away from the doorway, thereby decreasing the security of my home because the view was thrown off until I got home to fix the camera. What if a break in had occurred during the time when the camera angle was turned? Their employees also gossiped about how my heat wasn’t running. As long as my heat is on 60, it’s fine per my lease. Not everyone can afford to run their heat all day long when gone as long as they keep it warm enough for no damage, nor is that environmentally friendly.

Bought a faucet valve cartridge and the extraction tool for the cartridge. The tool was wrong, and fell apart. At least the cartridge worked.

I have been coming to this place for many years. They have the store divided in two sections, rough plumbing supply and fixtures showroom. The supply side has a large variety of parts and materials at competitive prices, while the show room side has a nice selection of fixtures, most of them high end.

Paid with valid crad, with a valid address. They wanted to verify. As a surgeon, calling them back was not a rational option, so, I had the director of Nursing and the CEO's office call. They gave them everything they asked for. The demanded that I be called in the operating room. All I can say is never ever would consider using them again. This is the most arrogant and demanding company imagineable. No concern for the poor patietns asleep under anesthesia! this worl is full of demanding, entitled people with no concern for the rest of society!!

they know their stuff, really pay attention to each customer and are happy to walk you through the options (even if i take an absurd amount of time) to make sure i got the right products and finishes. way better than the mart or going big box.
