Toilet replacement (I provided the toilet) $700
Bad:
They charge hourly, but the plumber I was working with seemed pretty dishonest. Caught him multiple times sitting on the toilet looking at his phone only to start working when he saw me. Went back and forth outside to come back with no tools. The last time he went out was to come back with a large wrench he never intended on using. Note: he already had 2 wrenches next to him.
Good;
They did try to charge me an extra 15 min ($60), but I called and they took it off.
He cleaned up well and his work is quality so I'll give him that, but you can probably find someone cheaper and faster for the same kind of work

His word against mine, but I observed him go in and out at least 5 times. 2 times without tools and this was all after the other guy left to pick up the old toilet. He was also gone for 5-15 minutes every time. It also doesn't explain why he went out the last time with a large wrench he didn't even touch

Kuhn has been our go-to plumber for years! They clean out the outside traps or just fix a faucet. We wouldn't think of using anyone else.

Nick showed up to trouble shoot a gas supply problem. Figured it out quickly, explained the problem and my options clearly, and did the work. Efficient, incredibly pleasant, and I have a great deal of confidence in his assessment.

We've been using them for a few projects now and it's been a fight everytime....

Dealing with Tom or Mike is a real hassle..

AND THEY DON'T guarantee their repair work...

They came out to repair our flusher 2 different times and each time it broke 1 week later....they want to charge us the full amount

On advice of my condo mgmt. I phoned Kuhn Plbg. to replace my toilets American Standard toilet water tnak but wa told they would have to replace the whole toilet with another make of toilet at a cost of about $265 plus a labor charge and I said okay as long as the cost didn't exceed $600 and they agreed and set the installation for 9/4/1. Two young men arrived and installed te work in less tan 70 minutes and began to prepare what appeared as a bill and when I asked about it thy just left and presented me with nothing, I called my credit card company that and the next day bu they had no billing from Kuhn. On 9/11/13 I received a bill in letter form for$827.75 and immediately called the office but was informed the owner would not be in until 9/15 or 9/16. Indicated to the female receptionist the mistakes and over charge in th bill & asked why billing was over $225 more than I had indicated I could afford. She said Mr Kuhn would contact me.

Had a Massive leak. Few nearby plumbers did not pick up the phone so I stumbled randomly across Kuhn on Xgodo and they arrived an hour and fixed it. 5/5 legit!

I hired them for faucet leakage. They will charge by timining. The technician INTENTIONALLY delayed the work: 1. He took 35 mins to open the faucet. 2. in between..he told oh! this screw is not working...went back to the van..returned after 15 mins with a different screw or tool..tried to fix but could not..3. after fixing everything..he went back to the van again and returned after 20 mins..I repeat he INTENTIONALLY Delayed the work as they will charge by timing...they will count their commute time also...new faucet was placed, as it is new, it shoudl work nicely...so no complaints on the work..VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! I did not sign the bill USD594/-, i wanted to talk to the manager, who is not available on the same day, it is Friday...no one called me later on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday, BUT they charged 612/- i saw it was deducted in my account...The timing is the issue for me, very unprofessional!
