i have been using miguel & sons plumbing services for a while now. i recently called them to help with installing a new freestanding ice maker. the plumbers were really friendly and knew exactly what they were doing. a few weeks after the installation, i noticed a leak and called back. ruben, who had helped with the install, came out to check things over. he took the extra time to look inside the ice maker and found that a hose inside the back panel wasn't clamped right, which turned out to be an issue with the appliance itself, not the installation. everything was fixed and working great! edward, the owner, kindly waived the service charge for that day. it's really nice to have a trustworthy plumber who makes sure everything is taken care of and helps with any plumbing problems that pop up.
