Our experience with this company was extremely disappointing from start to finish.

The first technician came out to diagnose the issue, using two different snakes. While it cleared things temporarily, we were led to believe this was a permanent solution. He also did not have a camera, so we had no clear understanding of the actual condition of our pipes.

The second technician came for the “free camera inspection” (which we had to remind the company about). He mentioned milling and re-lining as options but failed to disclose that milling could compromise the integrity of the pipe—a critical piece of information in making our decision. When we asked if milling could be done the same day, he told us it required two technicians.

Instead, the company sent a third technician alone. My wife found him unprofessional—on FaceTime frequently, not wearing protective booties inside, leaving a mess behind, and appearing uncertain in his work. He didn’t close the cleanout properly (causing a drip), created a larger hole in the wall outside of the one created for him, and even did tasks unrelated to milling.

We later learned that milling is supposed to be a one-time procedure. Yet, their team attempted it a second time, which further compromised the pipe and left us with two holes instead of one.

When we raised concerns, the company sent the same technician back with a supervisor. This individual had already caused significant stress for my wife, and his return felt careless. To make matters worse, he sped recklessly through our neighborhood (we have video evidence), then awkwardly parked across the street until his supervisor arrived.

Overall, this was one of the most unprofessional service experiences we’ve ever had. The lack of communication, disregard for our home, and poor workmanship not only failed to resolve the issue but made things worse. We strongly advise others to look elsewhere.

We had a technician by the name of Frank come out to look at our A/C and humidifier. He told us how to take care of our issue. He was very knowledgeable, pleasant and friendly. He told us he loved his job and it shows.

Just updating this review from years ago. RP continues to manage all of our plumbing needs and does fantastic high quality work. They are adaptable and often having the pieces needed in their truck (eg, a garbage disposal unit that needed replacing today). Eric almost feels like our personal plumber now. He is friendly, super knowledgeable, and does terrific work. Cannot recommend this company enough.

These guys are our "go to" plumbers and once again, they were there for us. We recently had some mitigation due to water damage, so I asked them to check out a spot on the ceiling -- sure enough, it was mold, and they couldn't figure out where it was coming from. So I called Rocket Plumbing. Luis patiently observed the pipes until he diagnosed the leak -- he replaced the leaky spots and recommended some additional steps to ensure this doesn't happen again. We were relieved and pleased with the work. There's a reason we always call Rocket Plumbers!

I have an older house and have had to use Rocket Plumbing several times in 10 years. They are always professional, keep their appointments, communicate well and are always friendly. Luis S replaced a broken pipe and ptrap today and was fast, friendly and explained exactly what the problem and fix were. Id recommend them.

Honestly disappointed with Rocket Plumbing. I called for a simple leak fix and the plumber showed up late, then rushed the job. The leak came back the next day and I had to call someone else to get it done properly.

Eric did excellent and speedy work replacing our sink faucet! Booking was easy and customer service was friendly and helpful. Will use Rocket Plumbing going forward

He did a superb job with a huge problem I had concerning a broken vent pipe.
I would recommend him for any plumbing needs in the future.

I used them once and found they were overpriced. I got a toilet installed, water line replaced and retrofit shower trim. As I have shopped around I have found better pricing, that is why a break down of the quote would help.

Nick has a great personality and is very thorough in his investigation and delivery of his findings. I would 10/10 use Rocket Plumbing specifically for Nick, if Nick told me he moved shops I would move my business with him. Keep him at a rocket Plumbing at all costs.

Communication could be much better. They kept rescheduling my appointment and no one called to update me. When the plumber finally arrived, he seemed in a hurry and didn’t fully explain the issue.

Best plumbing experience in my 40 years of home ownership. I would recommend these guys to anyone who needs a plumber. Eric was fast, knowledgeable and courteous. Give them your business.

Rocket Plumbing has exceeded expectations again with quality workmanship. This was our 2nd project with Rocket Plumbing which included faucet, drain, under sink water filter and dishwasher hook up. Luis S. was exceptional. He was highly professional, knowledgeable, communicative, and above all very nice! Luis S. communicated the plan and completed the work with better-than-expected results. From the office staff to the plumbers, everyone is highly responsive and friendly at Rocket Plumbing. Their pricing also seems very competitive. On a scale of 1 to 10 Rocket Plumbing is definitely a 10 plus and I highly recommend them!

I’ve reviewed three quotes for the exact same plumbing work. Yours came in at $11,000, while the others were $3,200 and $4,100. I’m going to be honest — your price is sitting way up there with the stars. For the scope of work described, that number just doesn’t make sense. I appreciate the time you took to provide an estimate, but at that price point it’s not even in the same ballpark as the realistic market rate. I’ll be moving forward with someone more reasonable. This is what happens when your technician takes the quote right out of his grASS. Thanks, Ray

Jimmy was on-time and did a truly professional job. He explained what he was doing removed the old and installed the new toilet and stayed a bit longer to make sure there were no leaks from an older valve. I am very happy with his service and will definitely recommend Rocket Plumbing to anyone who needs their services!

This place is amazing!! I had two 100 gallon commercial heaters that were leaking from the bottom and needed immediate repair. I called Rocket Plumbing and they came out same day and got the job done. Excellent communication and the guys were really funny and down to earth. Definitely recommend 100000%

Just overall experts that get the job done fast. Geoffrey was reasonable, and most of all provided guidance on how to prevent issues like the one with our garbage disposal and why to do with low pressure water keeping the pipes clean. Overall excellent work.
