My toilet was making weird sounds, the water level in the floor drains was very high... almost ready to overflow to the floor. I needed help. NOW! I called JS, D&P and described this issue. They responded quickly and we agreed on a likely service and price. They arrived at my home at an agreeded time, made a quick assessment, and then worked to solve the problem in a timely manner. Problem solved within a few hours. Thanks for fixing my plumbing problem so quickly. Now i can focus on something else.

Milton was great. Very professional and knowledgeable. They were able to come out right away. Highly recommended and would use again.

Second time using them and consistently dependable when the other guys aren't. Previously fixed a leaking toilet without issue for a reasonable price. This time had an issue with gas pressure for a stovetop and had five different people come check it out (even bought a whole new stove!) and J figured out the problem immediately. Didn't even charge me since it was the gas people's fix to make. Incredible people, I'm just starting with them for all my needs in my home from now on.

Phenomenal experience. Seriously! Had an emergency plumbing issue - 3 clogged toilets and assuming the worst ($$$ sewer line issues) - and Jesus was out in an hr. He was as able to quickly unclog the toilets and recommended some long term replacements if the issue persisted. Would def use them again!!

Luis was on site with a preliminary estimate of situation at 11am. (leaking main kitchen sink drain pipe-100 years+) . Pictures taken routed back to the main office. Owner Jesus came back to have a look and give a final estimate.Text messages confirmed technician arrivals and were spot on. Price agreed and the work began at 2pm with Milton and Luis. Obviously experts in this type of work and it was completed (kitchen and basement connections) by 6pm. Very clean job, and now we have peace of mind! Highly recommend J Sewer and Drain Plumbing Inc. They take pride in their work and it shows.

We have used their services before and had a fantastic experience. Last Saturday late evening, our kitchen sink was backing up. I called them and Jonathan answered ( I was not expecting anyone to pickup the phone). He scheduled Diego to come in on Monday morning before 9AM and did the job. We are delighted to have found this company and I have recommended them to my other family members as well.

Diego was professional and efficient in installing my new ejector pump. They arrived with all the required materials and completed work within 2 hours. I will definitely be using J Sewer and Drain Plumbing for future needs.

**update: I had Diego out for the second time this week for a second job replacing a cartridge in my shower/tub. Again- a great experience and I appreciate the efficiency and fair pricing.

After having multiple horrible experiences with other sewer & plumbing companies trying to take advantage of me over the years, I am so relieved to have finally found a plumber I can trust. I called J yesterday evening for a routine sewer hydro jetting after being quoted a ridiculous price by another company who kept me waiting all day and was late to our appointment. J was able to set an appointment with a 1 hour arrival window for the next day. Quoted price was typical compared to what I have paid for the same work in the past. Luis was right on time this morning and set to work without trying to hustle me, no doubling the estimate once the pipes were open, and got the job done within an hour. He showed me the video of the work before and after it was done and gave me honest, non-alarmist answers to all my questions. He worked cleanly and left my yard in the same condition as when he arrived. I’m relieved to know that my sewer main is good to go for a few years and will definitely be calling J for all of my plumbing needs in the future!

A big storm in Chicago yesterday created flooding conditions. J’s team Responded within the hour to my phone call and had a team come diagnose our problem In two hours and completely fix it within four. They are tremendous!!!

My cat chewed up the Ejector pump cord..Called them Sunday at 5pm , they came out the next morning at 9am. Replaced the ejector pump in 30 minutes or so. I recommend them

Our landlord found a gem with this contractor! They were called to provide a quote to locate a gas leak that was verified by Peoples Gas. Immediately after the building owner accepted the quote, Milton started working quickly and efficiently the same day! He proved himself as an excellent craftsman, by being very solution-oriented, minimally invasive, and very tidy. Every aspect of his job appeared to be a "textbook" example! Milton was very open and honest, completing the job in one and a half days. The Peoples Gas technician dispatched commented on the good quality of the work done. We really appreciate his professionalism!

I had a backup in my main line, causing havoc on my tub and toilets at my home. Diego took my call and was able to route someone over in just 35 minutes.
