Had a clogged bathroom sink. Guy arrived and tried to sell another plumbing services not needed or requested. And then gave me 8 quotes to unclog the sink ranging from $2,800 (their premium option) to $850 to unclog the sink. When I said no thanks, he then offered to do it for $584 using the hand held device. Plumbers are expensive but come on. Who knew there were 8 options to unclog a sink?! So, I paid $129 for them to send a guy out to try to sell me. I guess I’m the fool. I’d recommend calling someone else that will be a little more helpful and reasonable.

Baethke Plumbing has been servicing my home for years. Isaac and Jimmy were on time, courteous, knowledgeable and worked efficiently to address my issues. The only negative is the high cost but the work is always great.

Billy (our plumber) and Matt (his apprentice) had a 4-day job to do in our place. While the cost was not something we were expecting, Billy made it as painless as possible. He was extremely communicative, patient with our questions, and knowledgeable. He even communicated directly with our contractor who was working on something else at the same time, just to make sure they were on the same page. Every morning he called to give an ETA, midday he called to check in on the status of their work, and in the afternoon he would call to let us know he had cleaned up and locked up our place. Honestly Billy's communication made everything just a little better! At the end of the project he walked me through every update that had been made but also sent a summary of the repairs so I'd have it in the future. He and Matt were fantastic and I'd happily have them work on my home again. Thanks Matt and Billy!
