Update: i’ve had two more visits since my first experience and both were just as good as the first. Matt took care of a stubborn drain. On this last visit, Isaac F and Mike B replaced my dead water heater, installed new valves, hooked up the waterline to my new fridge and did so with great service and very friendly demeanor. It makes having a stranger in your house, a lot less awkward when they are not only great at repair, but also are able to communicate well and answer all your questions. I will definitely continue to return to Baethke for my plumbing needs.

A friend referred me to Baethke plumbing and I’m so glad she did! I had a stubborn clog in my shower drain. Brian and Joey were friendly, explained the procedures and very quickly took care of the issue. I will absolutely be reaching out again for any plumbing needs. Highly recommend!

I meant to write this a bit ago. We had some issues where our shower drain just started backing up, and the previous home owner had left a problem-in-the-making with our water heater. Karry was prompt, friendly, and informative. He brought us pictures on the with he was planning to do, and explained it in a way that was easily understandable. Definitely recommend.

Had them come out for a kitchen clog. It took about 45 minutes to identify the issue and do a couple tests. I paid $129 them to just come and the options for a solution ranged from a $250 drain clearing solution to $800+ for using bigger auger. Pricing seemed high all around.

What I didn’t appreciate in addition to the pricing was that he continued to ask me if I needed to talk to my husband to make the decision. That is just unnecessary when I had made the appointment, met them, explained the issue, etc. If I needed to speak with my husband I think I can make that decision.

Edited to add: we had another local plumber come out and the fixed it for $150. Thank god I didn’t fall for this.

Update: Baethke Plumbing continues to be awesome! They’re super easy to work. The people are really friendly and do very high quality work. Josh was super nice to chat with and when he redid the piping for our pressure booster it looked night and day different from the janky job the rehab guys did at our house.

I called Baethke Plumbing when I needed a plumber to turn off the humidifier part of my HVAC prior to replacement and when I only had hot water running in my kitchen sink. Isaac arrived promptly, took stock of the issues and presented me with easily understood options and quotes. He completed all the work, answering all of my questions in a professional manner. After avoiding hosting guests because I didn't want them to burn their hands with my kitchen sink I'm pretty excited to have my first guests over. Thank you Isaac and Baethke! 10/10

Baethke Plumbing was really responsive to my request for a second opinion on some plumbing work being recommended by another plumber. Isaac and Jimmy patiently listened to my plumbing saga and were able to help me better understand our situation. The last technician who came out was also highly competent. We’ve only had good experiences so far with Bathke and highly recommend them!

Karry performed great service. He was on time and completed replacing all of the shut off valves in three bathrooms and kitchen. At least 12 to 14, I lost count. He also replaced my kitchen faucet that I had purchased for this job. He finished in approximately two hours. I was anticipating much longer. Now I don’t have the worry of shutting off the main water valve for future projects. I am thrilled with getting this project completed by Baethke.

Thorough in assessing the issue which was the result of a bad install from a different contractor. We ended up getting a new toilet which he installed on the spot. I am late to wiring up this review, but wanted to give a shout out to Karry at Baethke Plumbing. We had an emergency situation in our condo. The building management was totally uncooperative and we were at risk of serious damage to not only our unit, but also our neighbors’. Karry was a lifesaver, and this wasn’t a straightforward issue and solution. But he went above and beyond - was professional, informative, helpful and adaptable helping to come up with a solution and making it happen.

I have been using Baethke Plumbing since 2010 for an 8 unit condo building. I have had many different service technicians out and they never disappoint. Yesterday I had Sam and Mike out for an emergency sewer backup and both were competent, clean, and friendly. They were here all day, but they stay until the work is done. John has established a work culture of "do it right" and having a history with them is helpful. The Service Technicians have my building's service history in a file and review it before arrival. My collogues at work know Josh by name and ask about him!
