Baethke Plumbing responded to request for help with a leaky master bathroom toilet promptly. Service technician Matt Kopjo gave us options and we decided to replace it rather than do a bandaid repair. We were so impressed with Matt's professionalism we asked him to replace the two sink faucets as well. Matt and John Bell showed up early Christmas Eve morning with the new equipment and completed the job efficiently. Everyone should have a good, reliable plumber so I'm happy to share Baethke.

Baethke Plumbing was incredibly easy to work with from the first call to set up an appt. When Josh arrived he laid a door mat down right outside the door to wipe his feet on and wore shoe covers which might seem like a small thing but I appreciated it. It was a reflection of their overall detail to excellent service. After the inspection Josh explained all items that needed to be addressed in detail with photos and pricing. I was extremely happy with the service and work completed at my home. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for excellent quality, and professional plumbing!

We’ve used Baethke for all of our plumbing needs. Special shoutout to Karry and Mike who really went above and beyond with checking out and fixing the previous homeowners DIY disaster that we got stuck with. They were efficient and explained what was happening the entire time - lots of pictures were taken! At the end of the day they clean up too! Baethke is by no means cheap but Karry was sincere and professional. I am happy to spend the money and got good results.

Billy was absolutely top-tier. He’s insanely knowledgeable, walked me through what was going on in plain English, and the quality of his work shows. On top of that, he was genuinely a great dude to have in my home: professional, respectful, and just easy to work with.

Our experience with Baethke Plumbing was fantastic! Chazz was right on time, explained everything fully and gave us options to choose from with how to proceed with fixing our shower. He also walked us through what he repaired and had us check things to make sure we were happy. (Our dog was a big fan too). The communication from the company ahead of the scheduled visit was also great with reminders and notifications of when Chazz was on the way, including a photo of him so we knew who to look for.
