"they don't do drywall" ... They'll sure use a hammer though to get to the pipes.
These are still exposed pipes in a closet I told them not to tap.
If the bones are out, use these guys. If you're residential like me, give them a dremmel in lieu of their online coupons so they don't cost you a day in paint crew time.

He showed up right on time, had all the parts we needed, and was so professional and friendly. He took the time to explain what was going on and what needed to be done, which I really appreciated. It’s clear he knows his stuff, and it made the whole experience stress-free. I can’t recommend Captain Rooter and Oz enough!

Oz came not long after I requested a "Pro" online. Roxane called before I even got off line, and had a Tech coming soon. Oz did a great job, fixing the tank leak on the toilet. He had a great work attitude, and customer care attitude. I would call them again.

Jesse waked away from the job without finishing...as soon as he received the final payment of $8400 CASH.
He installed a toilet without a cover to the tank.
One of the workers left the basement door open on the coldest day of the winter, resulting in a burst copper pipe and 2 inches of water in the basement. He did not come close to completing the job he was paid to do and less than 24 hours later, the sink he installed leaked.
His response: "I'm not going to be bullied because I did you a cash favor." Would you call $8400 cash a favor to the customer or a way of evading taxes? You make the call.
I have attempted to contact him on his business and personal line to secure the name and contact information of his bonding and insurance company...he hung up on me and does not return text messages.
Do yourselves a favor and DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS MAN OR HIS COMPANY. Nefarious and shoddy at best.

$200 service fee just to come out

Look elsewhere - Someone else does the work for them. Rates are beyond expensive.

They charge $100 to just show up and give you a quote can't even tell you per hour rate. This is insane !

Called at 10:38am they said the tech would call soon. 8 hours later, no calls, no technician. I have called multiple times a day, always the same, they will call you in 10 mins... what a mess of a company

Called and they called back. Said they’d come the next day because they were busy that day. After I sent them some information they never returned my call nor showed up. Called the main number and no answer. Ended up doing the work myself.

Absolute joke of a company. They’ll lie to you and say someone is coming and let you sit there all day. When the technician never shows, the dispatchers will blatantly hang up on you. Go somewhere else.

We had a sewer burst in our home last week and we needed it fixed ASAP since we were expecting some visitors. And they came out in a reasonable amount of time for calling and were quick in fixing the issue. Really friendly and accommodative guys and they didn’t mind the many questions I had and explained what caused the burst. Would highly recommend them to everyone.

I had no-shows twice with this company. Rearranged my schedule to be sure I was home both mornings and never had a call or explanation telling me why they didn't show up. Finally called to cancel the job and received no apology or explanation. I'd caution against using this company if you want someone timely/considerate.

Had a crazy problem with a leak in the water line coming from the city meter. Omega Plumbing Service plumbers were careful and afterwards left things in great shape and they fixed the neighbor's broken sprinkler line we uncovered as well. I appreciated the care they took and the speed with which it was done. Thanks guys.

The best service I have ever received. The office staff, who answers the phone each time I call, is consistently kind, friendly and professional. The plumber, is reliable, timely, courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. He has the patience to speak "plumbing" in a way that I can understand. The President, is clearly an effective businessman. I appreciate that he values and takes pride in his employees and service.

I called Omega Plumbing Service to schedule an appointment.They later called to verify the appointment, and then let us know when they were on their way. They were right on time within the time-slot they scheduled and they were very polite and professional. Highly recommend their services.
