We had a busted hot water heater. After going back and forth with our home warranty company they approved our claim. Shocking no one had the water heater in stock. After 12 days of no hot water they called us and told us we can go get any water heater and plumber and they would reimburse us. So we got the water heater Sunday at 2:00pm. We got on google and found Kavana's. Henry answered and on Sunday agreed to come and install. He got here around 4:30pm he was timely professional arrived to home and installed the new water heater and by the end of the night we had hot water again. Thanks Henry

Great plumbing company, Henry will really come out pretty late at night if you have an emergency, if i was able to I would give him a 10 star review.He will walk you through your issue and explain very thoroughly what the problem is. 100000% recommend! You will not regret at all, I was searching for a reasonable, trustworthy and reliable plumber and we found just that! Not only did clean out our sewer line, but he also saved us from having to buy a completely new water heater when ours broke! He also checked our check valve to make sure everything was working properly and also provided his professional recommendation on other things we had questions about. Worked his magic and everything works like a charm now! Couldn’t be any happier!

UPDATE: we just noticed our shut off valve is leaking exactly where it was installed 2 weeks ago, its definitely been leaking for a while now so will update my review once he comes and checks it out without excuses…

Came out after hours and took care of an emergency leak issue. Professional and courteous Service was provided and accomplished. Price quoted was reasonable and competitive. Most of all the work was completed and guaranteed . He takes pride in the service he provides and is passionate about his Craft . He will be my first call and recommendation for any and all Plumbing & HVAC work going forward.

Called 29 places for an emergency main rod that was backed up. On my 30th call this company did not hesitate to come out at 230am to almost 3 to get the job done. He left around 5ish but was very professional and did not give up until job was done. The price was not bad at all especially for the time they came out. I would recommend and use if we have more problems. I thank you for your hard and dedication to your trade.
