Mr. Kavana is a stand-up plumber. He came in fixed my tenants clogged tub and put a basket strainer on a kitchen sink. Very professional is ready with his tools and comes in on time. He was very fast in his repairs too. In addition he gave me good suggestions on any future plumbing challenges I may have. In all extremely very happy. Very glad I found him

The Owner Henry was on time, very professional/friendly and his prices are fair. I would definitely recommend him for a plumber. After spending all day calling different plumbers with busy schedules, he was able to come out within hours to do the project. He installed 2 toilets in my house and was very knowledgeable and confident in doing the job.

Not only did he unclog a stubborn drain within minutes, but he also inspected the old plumbing in my home and gave me advice on basic plumbing maintenance. He was upfront about estimates. A lot of businesses advertise 24/7 availability, but Henry was the only one willing to come to my house after hours when my basement drain was flooding. He was informative and courteous. I will definitely use him again!

Henry made time to see us on short notice and did an excellent job fixing a punctured pipe. Kavana's Plumbing and Heating did a great job fixing an issue with our toilet. It was an overnight emergency and the team handled it quickly and had the toilet back up in running asap. Clean, professional, and on time. I will definitely work with them again.

In November 2024 Mr. Wright serviced the first floor of my building. He was thorough and professional. He came out during an emergency situation to assist, not exploit. He worked with the tenants and the owner to resolve the plumbing issue. As the person who hired his company, I can attest to his expertise in trouble shooting, follow up, and customer service. I would highly recommend his plumbing services to home owners.

Henry saved our basement at 12AM. He helped us fix a clogged main sewer line. He was super helpful in showing us how our plumbing worked as well as fixing the problem quickly. Highly recommended

Called Henry about a leak in our main water valve, he graciously asked me follow up questions and asked me to send pics. Henry then spoke to me on the phone and offered different scenarios for what might be the problem for the leak.

After speaking with him, he instructed me to try tightening the nut that seats the valve, since I told him it started happening after I turned the water shut off valve off and on. That was it!

In this day and age honest, helpful people are a rare find when considering how many other companies would have taken advantage of this situation.

Henry, did an excellent job. We had an emergency situation that we had no gas in our home. He came out fixed our problem and got are gas turned back on he was professional took his time explained to use other potential problem. No complaints. Henry replaced our water heater as requested and at a fair price. He performed quality work, left the work area clean and was a pleasure to talk to.

Had a gas leak in my apartment and was with no gas. I called Henry and he contacted me to schedule a time to come check out my problem.
He explained what needed to be done once he found the leaks. Henry found all the leaks, replaced a pipe and re-piped my apartment so there would be no issues with the old piping.
After all was done, I was able to have my gas turned back on.

Henry is great. He showed up on time and explained the issue over the phone and send me pictures since I could not be at the condo and my tenant was very happy with the result. I would definitely use him again for any plumbing issues.

Henry from Kavana's Plumbing was fantastic and he performed professional work. When I contacted Kavana's, Henry was able to call me right back and was able to come out the same day. He was very knowledgeable and provided great service. The drain clog was a stubborn one, but Henry was determined to clear the line and he was able to have the bathroom drain run better than it had before.
