I recently had a great experience with Emmett's Speedy Plumbing Company. Jacob came out to fix a water leak in the pipe going to my kitchen sink. He used a camera through the clean-out to find exactly where the problem was. Jacob needed to cut into the drywall and replace the old pipe with a new one, which involved some soldering. He also rearranged the PVC pipes under the sink so the water drains better, and installed a new kitchen faucet for me that I had picked up earlier. It did take some time, but Jacob was very thorough. When he returned to finish up, I asked if he could also replace a bathroom faucet and the tub spout so my shower would work. He made sure to get the right parts, even though the new tub spout was shorter than the old one. Jacob managed to make it all fit perfectly. He came back again to patch up the drywall from the original leak, and while he was here, he changed out an old outside water spigot that had been leaking for years. The price was less than I expected, especially compared to other plumbers I’ve called in the past. Everything works great now, and I’m really happy with my new faucets and the other repairs. All the plumbing issues I had for years are finally fixed, and the service was friendly and professional.

He helped me pick out special shower fixtures that fit my needs and offered helpful suggestions along the way. Jacob always explained things clearly and was friendly during every visit. Sometimes, he brought along Donovan to help out, and both of them were professional and did excellent work. At one point, while I was out of town, a pipe burst at my house. As soon as I called, Jacob responded right away and took care of the repair quickly. The office staff was also wonderful—always friendly and remembered me each time I called. Overall, I had a fantastic experience with this plumbing company and would recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work in Chicago.

Jacob and Donovan from the plumbing team arrived quickly when we had trouble with backflow in our home. They used a camera to inspect our sewer line and clearly explained what was going on. It turned out we needed a pipe replacement, and they managed to schedule the work for the very next day. Jose at Rocket was absolutely great! He came by for the initial quote appointment and actually temporarily fixed my toilet so that it could be used until I scheduled him for the full fix. That really helped me make the decision to go with them. He was super knowledgeable and overall a great guy: friendly, patient, and hardworking. I would hire Jose and the Rocket team for any of my future plumbing needs.

Rocket Plumbing was great to work with. They communicated often with updates and their pricing was reasonable. The plumber was prompt and very knowledgeable. He explained what caused the issue with my shower and then fixed it easily. Geoffrey was awesome to work with. I plan to use them on my next plumbing issue.

Three minutes early!! Went right to work asking questions and explaining the problem to me. Very clear and concise. Would definitely use again.

Plumber was fantastic. He solved our low water pressure issue in two bathrooms and kitchen. He gave a reasonable estimate for custom shower rebuild, and was very patient to explain it over the phone to my partner.

Amazing, Luis is always on time and professional - have used rocket for over 15 years, Luis does not take shortcuts, involves me in decision making, works very well with the other contractors and simply delivers quality advice and quality work!
