Woods crew showed up on time actually a little bit early ready to go to work. The crew was very polite, professional and knowledgeable about the work they were performing. Did a great job of keeping me updated on their progress. Woods Basements Marcel and his assistant did a great job leveling my driveway and sidewalk

A contract from Woods Basement is meaningless according to Woods Basement.

Woods Basement came out 12/16/25 to quote for basement, sidewalk, and driveway leveling. After quoting out for service, I signed the contract and paid the 30% down payment (all on 12/19/25) to secure the contract. I never heard back. After the holidays, I called back several times (both Sales and Production) and received no guidance or answer. Finally, on 1/9/26, I was advised by our Salesperson that they could not honor the contract I signed and paid down, pointing to a clause in the contract that says they have the right to back out. After reviewing with him, this clause did not exist (only customer-initiated cancellation within 30 days, but no mention of contractor-initiated cancellation). After escalating within Woods to have them honor the contract, I finally get an answer from CB (Sales Trainer, whose name I do not want to divulge on here), where he was the one that cancelled, said that they could not afford to provide the service that the contracted rate, that I could have them come back out and re-quote, and that I had no recourse. To their credit, they did initiate a refund (received 1/15/26 via mail, but only said "Accounts Receivable - Trade"). However, I did not receive any written discharge from the contract. Upon calling 1/16/26 to request, CB advised that they do not provide that, that I would have to go off his word that 'in their system', it showed "neither party is under any further obligation", but they would not provide anything further to prove this (not even an email, as I suggested to him).

I have nothing on my end to show that 1) Woods Basement has officially chosen to not honor its own contract, and 2) due to this unwillingness, I have no exposure/liability to future harassment from Woods Basement. I am not looking for anything free, but I am looking to Woods to acknowledge they terminated the contract, and to alert others that a contract from Woods is meaningless.

Andrew was great! Very efficient and answered all our questions. Recommended a whole house dehumidifier and priced it out for us. He wasn’t pushy about purchasing just informative, which is always appreciated!!

Yearly maintenance performed was very helpful. Technician found that some of the insulation installation hadn't been done properly and scheduled a fix (at no charge to me). Would definitely recommend.

Wood’s basement came out and placed support under my house. They were prompt, fast, and very courteous. Juan Hernandez and his team were great! I expected this project to be hours long but, they were done in about an hour.

Well, we had an appointment at 8:30 AM today for the crew to come out and do their work on our driveway at 9:00 AM. We called and said hey what’s going on the lady that answered said oh I’m the only one here and they’re running late they may be able to make it by 10 o’clock. Will call you when we’re three minutes out. What a way to start out with a new customer. I’m not sure about these people. I’ll leave a better review when they complete the job if they get here.
Now we get a call bumping it up ANOTHER hour!😔😤 I hope they show up this time. This is the third appointment they made today today. What a company stay tuned for further review reviews.
UPDATE,
Two men showed up a little after 11 AM and started working on the driveway. I feel they did a pretty good job the best they could but told me now that it would not be completed today after all this we’ve had to go through so they said now they said they’re gonna come back tomorrow and finish it. We’ll see stay tuned and I’ll update this again tomorrow. Hopefully the job will be done.

The guys did a fantastic job on Saturday. They worked nonstop until the job was finished and best of all, they cleaned up after themselves. They deserve the 5 Star rating.

Had my 10 year old sump pumps replaced. Josh and Chase were professional and courteous. They were very efficient. Josh provided all my options and they were able take credit of everything. Highly recommend.

Brink came today to assess our home’s sump pump previously installed by Woods Basement Systems. He was extremely kind and personable, spent time introducing himself and at the end, explaining his findings. He was knowledgeable and also so friendly and relatable, we will definitely request him for our next service!

Andrew and Blake came to do our inspection. They were both super helpful and super friendly. Thoroughly checked everything. Our dehumidifier needed to be replaced. They explained all the options clearly and replaced the unit. I had trouble with the email of the contract and they were very patient with us as we tried different email. Highly recommend these guys to help you out!

Ronnie A. was a breath of fresh air after encountering issues with our installed system twice since it was installed 5 months ago.

Naturally, I was frustrated before Ronnies' visit, but by the time he left, I felt confident that the root cause had finally been addressed.

I am very impressed and pleased with the service I received from Jon Ford for the annual service for my crawlspace encapsulation. He is very thorough taking the time and went above and beyond to help with questions and concerns. I felt he genuinely wanted to make sure we were satisfied with this service and made adjustments to the things I needed help with. I highly recommend him and Woods basement for crawlspace encapsulation. I recently have recommended this company to a family member and they are scheduled to have a consultation to start the process for their crawlspace encapsulation.

Kyle was absolutely wonderful to work with! He made the entire process smooth and stress-free. He explained everything in detail, answered all our questions, and made sure we understood our options. Truly helpful and knowledgeable — highly recommend!

The only issue we had was with an installer, Brandon Reese, who was not good at all with any follow up on a job that required additional work. I will say that Roberto Campos and his crew were phenomenal. They went above and beyond with making sure it was done right despite any obstacles. We appreciate the very quick work as well. Kudos to them.
