I cannot say enough good about Kyle! He explained things and answered every single question that we had!! We are super excited to get our basement a nice livable space and have no doubt we will be going with Woods!!

From the first phone call completely impressed! If you like friendly service and people this is the place. The initial inspection consisted of Matt coming by walked me through the work that needed done in my basement. I got rescheduled two times and I mean bumped up so my job was done ASAP. The installation crew just left my house and I'd have them back as friends. They were incredibly efficient and again extremely friendly. If you don't call woods you may regret it. 5 star work everyone! Thanks again to everyone for making me and my home a priority.

We couldn't be happier with how professional and courteous Jacob Milton and his crew were. They were in and out within 6 hours and were amazed at how little dirt or dust they left behind.
We are completely happy with their service. Now we don't fret when it rains.

Installers were courteous and got right to business. The guys ran into a bit of an issue with some frozen ground but they kept at it and still got the job done in a timely manner. I now feel much better about my home’s foundation with the solution provided by Woods. Price was reasonable too, would recommend.

Juan, Cesar and Jamar did a good job. They were very nice. I am waiting for several big rains to see the system in action.

Wish I could give a good review but I really can’t. Paid $190 for an annual maintenance service. Sump pit wasn’t cleaned out very well as photo shows. Battery backup pump and one of the main pumps were both dead. Price to replace was almost 8 times more than I paid to purchase the same pumps from another vendor. That price didn’t include the battery or labor but it was an easy DIY project and a battery was under $100. Woods said a manager would call me back to discuss all of this but never did. Service is certainly lacking.

Extremely happy with Caleb and his crew. They were prompt, efficient, polite, and completed the job to my satisfaction. Caleb worked with me to make sure I was kept in the loop on everything that was being done and he listened to my concerns. Excellent workmanship..

Dan and Zach were very knowledgeable and professional. They throughly explained the process before they began the project. Furthermore they went above and beyond to provide the best possible finish while lifting the concrete, piercing the broken pieces together, and repairing all cracks with the finishes as they promised... Dan and Zach make a great team. So pleased with the meticulous effort they displayed throughout the day! We could not be more pleased!

The Woods Basement company had done a basement and driveway project for my neighbor about a year ago. I was very impressed with the job they did over there. That inspired me to call them about jacking concrete slabs on my driveway and patio. Also, cleaning and sealing all of the seams.

Looking forward to having this long-term solution completed. I am confident it will prevent future problems and increase the appearance and value of my property.

My experience with Woods Basement Systems was wonderful. Everyone was professional and answered all of my questions throughout the entire process. Three piers were installed to stabilize my crawlspace and my crawlspace was encapsulated. My crawlspace looks so clean and with new sump pumps and a dehumidifier I’m thrilled to have my moisture problems solved. A new window well and buried gutter and sump pump lines make my yard look so much better as well. Thank you!

Foundation repair isn't something anyone wants to do, but it's necessary. The employees at Woods were very knowledgeable, kind, and they cleaned up after themselves. There was no mess afterwards! 10/10 would recommend for work.

Finding a good vapor sealer for our crawlspace was not easy. I had 4 separate estimates by the big name companies in the area and I was surprised by the inflated prices and pressure sale tactics used. I was even more surprised when some of them didn't even follow standards for "modern" vapor sealing methods.

Woods (which was last on my list to get quotes from) was distinctly different. Neil in sales was thorough in his inspection along with being as low pressure as one could get. He worked with us on price, which included the same material and process as the others but at a significantly lower price.

When the time came to seal up our crawlspace, Juan and his team did an excellent job transforming our damp, muddy, smelly crawlspace into a clean and healthy environment with a very nice warranty to boot. I would highly recommend Woods for your foundation / basement needs.
