I highly recommend Highland Plumbing, Inc. Unfortunately, I had a pipe burst in my home. Water quickly spewed out before I could close the water valve. I received a referral for Highland and I am so grateful I did. They were quick to respond, very professional and answered any and all of my questions. We used Highland Plumbing to convert our home to overhead sewer due to water from city sewer backing up during heavy rainfall. I would highly recommend them. I originally called their office and spoke with Laurie. She setup a time for Chad to come out to visit our home. She also informed us of the City of Joliet program that partially reimburses the expense of this work. Chad came out and explained the entire process. He was very thorough. We decided to go with Highland, and everything went smooth and as planned. Chad and his team were prompt and on time all three days they were at our house. They took great care of keeping everything clean and neat. They were very professional, courteous and thorough. Once again, I highly recommend Highland. Great job!

We first used Highland Plumbing when our bathroom had to be renovated after water damage. They installed the new toilet and sink and did such a great job that we had them back to install a battery backup sump pump, and later to replace our old water heater. Called Midwest because our A/C stopped working and I had heard good things about this company. I called in the evening and was surprised when they said they could have someone out the next morning. Their technician, Phil, was very professional and friendly. In addition to fixing the problem he also gave some very helpful advice on how to make our system run more efficiently. I highly recommend this company.

I noticed on a very hot weekend day that the air coming out of my vents was much warmer than it should be, so I sent a message requesting service the next available weekday. I got a prompt response (within an hour, even though it was outside of their normal business hours and I made it clear that I didn't consider it an emergency) and arranged for someone to come out the following Monday between one and two. Bob knocked on my door at one o'clock exactly. I described what was going on, and he quickly diagnosed the problem. Because my home HVAC system is getting pretty old (installed in 1989), he strongly recommended replacing it altogether. I let him know I was hoping to buy a little time before taking on that expense, and he was able to get my current system running again for what seemed to me to be a very reasonable price. I will definitely be calling Midwest Comfort Solutions when it comes time to do that replacement. Highly recommended.

Bill is a reliable, nice, hard-working man who knows his stuff and actually cares about his clients! After years of being ripped off with various companies, Bill not only FIXED our problems but has saved us money. I now have him checking my system throughout the year with regular scheduled maintenance calls and our system has never been better! Finally someone I can trust!
