These guys really know their stuff and I would highly recommend them. Our 24 year old air conditioner died and we were not prepared to buy a new one. John replaced some major parts, explained his work, was fast, and courteous. Thank you John and thank you Rousculps Heating and cooling!

John was very efficient..Walked me thru the house and showed me some trouble spots that need to be fixed..he fixed a couple of them for me..when Bob Gets home from work, we'll fix the rest of them..Thanks again John.

The installers Juan and Ross did an amazing job. They put down a runner as not to hurt the floor. Very clean and neat installation. Guys are great! Thank you. Wonderful experience. Very informative. Called Rousculp's yesterday with a furnace issue. Todd was here within an hour and a half. He thoroughly inspected my 28 year old furnace and told me the ins and outs on repair or replacing it. Made absolute sense to replace the furnace rather than ongoing costly repairs. Todd sat down and showed me the best options and today, I have an installed new furnace! The installers were wonderful guys. Juan and John did a phenomenal job installing my new furnace. Todd and his assistant Matthew were great! They arrived early and installed a new air conditioner and inner coil all by 3:30pm. They cleaned up their work area when work was completed and even hauled my old air conditioner away. Very friendly people to work with and reasonably priced. Would highly recommend.

I really didn't want some company to come in and tell me I needed to replace a whole unit when it just needed a fix, as that's happened to me before with different companies. Todd came over on short notice, fixed and serviced my AC. Great experience and I am leaving a 5 star review for all those who go by reviews. Had a great conversation with him and he spoke highly of his staff, and that makes me confident that, if I call them out again, I will get someone great anytime.

Todd came out and went above and beyond. He is a great guy, and i would not look anywhere else but Rousculps for any HVAC needs! Helped my Family and I out with top of the line service, and even went above and beyond. He is an amazing guy. Has a lot of experience and is very helpful. Helped me at midnight on a Saturday night, came out first thing Sunday morning, Then came back first thing Monday with the parts needed and fixed everything. Our furnace went out and I did not know who to call. I looked up heating and cooling near me. I called one other company before I called Rousculps. They had an answering service and were not ready available. No air and the temps were high 80’s. I needed to talk to someone asap. So I tried the next company on the list. I am glad I did. I got an answer and an appointment rt away. The tech that came out was very knowledgeable and respectful. Our 26 yo furnace and air unit had enough. We needed to replace them. We discussed all our options with no pressure to buy from this company . We decided to go with Rousculps. The appointment to replace the units was made rt away. The old units were removed new ones put in a few days later. They were respectful of me and my property. Very professional and easy to work with. I will be using this company for all my heating and cooling needs and definitely recommend this company for all your heating and cooling needs.

We have been a customer of Rousculp's for 10+ years. Todd & company are beyond knowledgable and honest. They serviced 3 of our units over the years and did an install. Today we had our unit serviced by John. What a knowledgeable and respectful young man. He listened to our concerns and sat patiently while we talked out our decision.
