I can't begin to express how thankful I am that I was told about Midwest Comfort Solutions. My AC stopped working in a scorching heat wave. I, shamefully, called Four Seasons out of pure panic. They sent a tech out who didn't open up or look at anything and just asked how old my unit was and then proceeded to tell me I needed a new unit. I was beyond irritated, to say the least. I asked around and decided to give Midwest a shot and I could not be more happy about the whole experience. Phil came out and diagnosed the problem within 10 minutes. He had the extra part in his van. Changed out the piece and cleaned my unit and I was back up and running in less than an hour at an awesome price. He took the time and explained everything to me so I knew exactly what he was doing. He was so incredibly polite and answered all my questions in depth and never once made me feel stupid. Midwest saved me about $10,000. They're super honest and incredibly transparent. I will be recommending them to everyone who needs a "guy". Thank you so much Phil! You made such a stressful situation easy once you showed up!

Had them come out a couple months ago for a new AC and very satisfied with the unit so far, and they quickly answered a follow-up question I had re: warranty and paperwork. Would come back to them in the future for sure!

You never know what you’re going to get when you contact a service company. If you need hvac work, this company came through with flying colors for me. I’ve had this furnace for 17 years and no one ever mentioned it was a two stage furnace running on one stage, low. It always struggled when it got to zero or below. Once again, running on one stage, low.
To make a long story short, Bob was my technician. He setup the switches so the high stage would work. He pulled out the draft inducer assembly and found it was clogged, which created all kinds of problems.
He cleaned it all, reassembled, sealed up the joints with sealant, fired it up and it’s working perfectly.
My house hasn’t been this comfortable in 17 years. Thanks to Bob and Midwest Comfort Solutions.

Bill and his team made this whole process of replacing our 25 year old system so seem less that we can’t imagine how it could have been better or more affordable. He converted us to a much more efficient heat pump hybrid system that took up less space, cleaned up the utility room and works quietly.

Really almost speechless, we found the good guys. Highly recommended.

We highly recommend Midwest Comfort Solutions. We recently experienced an issue with our furnace and were fortunate to get a recommendation to call Midwest. I called first thing in the morning and they were able to sent a technician, Phil, before noon. Phil was thorough in diagnosing the problem which was great because there were multiple issues. He provided a detailed quote and identified what were essential repairs and what were recommended but not absolutely necessary. The pricing for both labor and parts was very fair. Once we agreed on the work to be completed, Phil was able to get the needed parts in short order and completed the repair in the afternoon, even staying late on a Friday to make sure everything was working properly. The work performed was documented with photos, including the old and new parts. The final invoice was also detailed and matched the quote - no surprises or hidden fees! Both the telephone customer support and technician were very professional and transparent. Midwest Comfort Solutions will be our first call for any HVAC needs in the future. We hired Air Systems Heating and Cooling to come to our rescue when our very old A/C until finally met the end of it's life span. They offered flexible availability and competitive rates, which we learned after getting a couple more estimates.

We personally worked with Corey and Louis who did a full HVAC update, with a new Furnace and A/C unit. They were efficient, focused, and treated our home with respect. This work was done at the beginning of summer and we have yet to have any issues.

I've been using Air Systems for, geez 10 years now? Great job, once again. My furnace would not kick on. Corey and Louie determined I had a bad board. They had me up and running the next morning. Couldn't have asked for faster turnaround. Great price too. Definitely recommend.

I've always received excellent service from Corey and his team. They put a new air-conditioning unit and heater unit in my home two years ago and they are still running great! They are reasonably priced and I trust them to do a great quality job!

Outstanding service! My furnace went out at 9pm in the 0 degree weather. One phone call and they came out immediately, but not before trying to help me fix it on the phone first! I really appreciate the fact that they tried to help me before coming out, even though I didn’t get it going, the technician came right out within an hour and had my house nice and warm in less than 2 hours. We had used another popular big name HVAC company for annual inspections for years, but I decided to switch due to concerns about the maintenance provided vs what they were supposed to do. And their service rep was courteous and professional and even lauded what a great company and boss he had when I asked how long he had been with them.
