Today was my first time using the company. When I called, the lady on the other end was professional and kind. She said that someone would be able to come out the same day between 3:00-5:00. Around 1:00 I got a call telling me that the repairman could get here earlier if I was home. Todd from Rousculp’s showed up 20 minutes later and he did an excellent job. Once he diagnosed the issue, he had me come outside and explained everything and quoted me a price. I was very happy that we did not need a new unit! We will sleep good since it won’t be like trying to sleep in a windy sauna tonight. Todd answered all of my questions and was very thorough. I plan to setup a maintenance program with Rousculp’s to keep my furnace and AC running smoothly for years to come. First impressions mean a lot and this first impression earned a customer for life. John arrived in a very timely manner, he was very professional and HONEST in doing his inspection and evaluation. Next time I need service I will request him to come out. This was actually done as a second opinion, being that I had a competitor out previously, that "found a lot defects", in my current furnace, that's 10 years old, and recommended it being replaced, as it was "unsafe to operate"....won't be using them again !! Rousculps is my, "go to", from now on !!

On December 21st I called the Rousculp’s office at 3:33AM, Todd called back at 3:46AM and talked to me for over 15 minutes to see if I could resolve my own issue. It turned out to be something I couldn’t fix myself so he setup an 11:00AM service call. He arrived promptly and resolved the issue in under an hour. He is a nice guy who was both extremely knowledgeable and fair. I couldn’t recommend Rousculp’s more highly if you have heating or cooling issues.

We have been using Rousculp's Heating and Cooling for several years, including installation, cleaning and service, as we find them very reliable, knowledgeable and honest. Our furnace went out on Friday night and Todd was able to get the part needed and install it on Saturday morning. I would highly recommend them for all your heating and cooling needs.

Everything about my experience was positive. My appointment was easy to schedule and the receptionist was friendly and informative. Communication prior to my appointment was great. I received a text with a photo of my technician and his location so I knew when he’d arrive. My technician was prompt, friendly, helpful, and informative. Todd and his son were absolutely wonderful. Very straightforward and honest. We had no heat and he got our heating going again the next day. Meanwhile, competitors gave unreasonable estimates and took long to follow up. Very kind people. I will definitely reach out to them again for any future needs. I can't say thank you enough!

John was superb! Extremely helpful and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. Emergency call with prompt call back. Talked me through some spot checks over the phone before coming out to repair furnace. Explained everything in detail regarding repair and also what I needed to make sure I kept up on in regards to maintenance. Quick, efficient, and kind. Great service for a great value. I picked this company based off the other reviews that were posted. Do the same, you will not be disappointed. They will be my go to for all further maintenance and service for my heating and cooling!

Called at 4:00 p.m. on sunday, got the answering service, and Todd called me back from Rousculp's in 5 minutes.
He was great we talked about the situation and what I was experiencing. Todd and Matthew came out early the next morning, and of course my furnace was working. Lol go figure. They still did a thorough inspection and diagnosis. Todd and I had a chat about what my options were and what he had found and made a informed suggestion. I've been in the service industry for 40 years, this family and this company knows what it's like to provide great customer service and make you feel very comfortable.
