The professional service and quality of work provided by EcoClean and the technician, James, were outstanding. James cleaned our carpet, tile floors, grout and upholstery on 10 dining room chairs. James explained the process he would undertake to complete the job in advance of beginning the work. He asked me to inspect the results of each step completed before beginning the next. He was very respectful and highly communicative along the way. I also received a text notification regarding the time of James’ arrival at our house. We would highly recommend EcoClean and James for your carpet and tile cleaning needs.

Noah and Alex did an incredible job cleaning the carpets and rugs in our home! Our carpeting looks brand new, even though it’s four years old, we have two toddlers, and have never had the carpets professionally cleaned before. Kai was professional and knowledgeable about carpet in general and how to maintain its cleanliness. We appreciated his tips on handling different types of stains and what to use as well as not to use. We highly recommend Kai and his team for any carpet steam cleaning.

Dan was great for flooring/carpet install and Kai came out for the carpet cleaning. Kai was great and the offers from EcoClean are good ones too. He moved some stuff around for us before he started and suggested ways he can clean better. And he mentioned suggestions for other things we need to clean. I will use them again forsure even so i can just chat with Kai again

Our couch had several stains, including grease and a water ring. After calling several other companies for quotes, Ecoclean was both the soonest available and most reasonably priced. Kai was able to get all the stains out and have our couch looking brand new again! Service was prompt and communication with company is thorough and easy. Highly recommend!

The plumber who came to my house on a weekend recommended EcoClean following a backup. Diego, the project manager, was very prompt and accommodating, coming out on a Sunday to assess the damage and get the process going. Vince and Omar showed up the next day and completed the necessary tear out in a few hours. They were very professional accommodating.

in my basement. EcoClean has been so helpful and professional throughout the mitigation process. I’m definitely going to be using them for the reconstruction side as well.

Getting area rugs cleaned in greater Chicago is not easy. After lots of research, I found EcoClean. Their prices were very competitive, and their estimate for my rug was the final price for the job. The work was finished in 2 weeks as promised. I am just relieved to find a rug cleaner I can trust.

I highly recommend EccoClean! They were able to get out cat hairball stains from years ago that a different carpet cleaning service could not remove. The tile in. Our bathrooms looks great too. We will definitely use them again.

Diego, Vince, Omar and Mark were all fantastic! Quickly diagnosed the mold growing on my drywall and baseboard in the basement. Ripped out the drywall identified cracks in the foundation, immediate the mold, and cleaned everything up. Big fan and great customer service!!!

Initial response for mold remediation was very good however the follow up for reconstruction was nonexistent, zero communication. When I did finally get an estimate from them several weeks later it was absurdly high and many of the line items were listed as being for a much larger area than actually involved. They refused to consider any corrections or provide any discount for their poor customer service. So much for the 100% satisfaction guarantee.

James is so friendly and accommodating, did a very good job cleaning our carpet. I highly recommend him.
