Constraction reviews in Downers Grove, Illinois

Ben and Chris did a great job on my porch rebuild using Timbertech; never have to paint again! Professional high quality job with great communication throughout.

Concept Construction did amazing job with my garage floor and apron. They did not disappoint. They had a hefty job working on my beat up 2.5 car garage floor and apron that was sloping badly. Paul and his crew completed it in a timely matter. Everyone was great to work with and I couldn’t have asked for it to turn out any better. I’m excited to be able to park in my garage. I highly recommend using Concept Construction!

They were outstanding! They were extremely kind and professional and deficient. I highly recommend them and very trustworthy. Did everything in a timely manner and went above and beyond to meet expectations. Best company I’ve ever worked with use them again for all of our projects. It’s so nice to finally find a company that is so good kind, and caring as well

We were very pleased with the efficiency and quality of work that was done at our home. Concept Construction not only repaired our Concrete garage floor and side apron they also installed a French drain,a new side deck, all new windows, new siding, new doors, and a new front porch and walkway. All came out wonderfully and we are thrilled with the results. Highly recommend hiring Concept Construction .

Called Concept Construction with a heating vent issue. Within minutes Paul the owner had his guy call me back with an appointment. They came out assessed the issue and called me later that night with an estimate. They came out today and within 2 hours my venting issue was resolved. The guys were very professional and cleaning up like they were never there. The price was right and I will definitely be using them again.

Concept Construction recently remodeled our very dated 1970s bathroom and I love the finished product! From the beginning, Ben and Paul were very professional, knowledgeable, and patient in explaining the process. They took the time to understand my needs and preferences, and provided suggestions on where to shop. As with any major renovation, we had some hiccups along the way, but the team handled it in stride. Their communication throughout the process was great; they kept me informed about what was happening, offered solutions, and worked diligently to address each issue. They obviously take pride in their work and customer service.

Ben and his team gutted and added a shower to our tiny basement bathroom. We are very happy with the finished product!

Ben and his team at Concept Construction were great from the start. They were patient in the initial planning phases and never pressured us to get started. They did amazing work renovating our kitchen in a short 3 week period. Ben as a contractor was easy to get a hold of via text or call and was helpful in explaining all aspects of the project. I would use them again and recommend for anyone looking at renovation projects.

Concept construction was super responsive and creative to help my new house that needed a lot of help and quick with impending rain. They had gutters ordered and put in effortlessly within a few days. Truly appreciative and fortunate to have found this team!

Great experience with Concept Construction. Had major water damage to my kitchen that required a full gut job. Paul and his team were extremely diligent, hard working, and friendly. Could not be happier with the job they did, absolutely loving the new kitchen, and will definitely be using Concept again for future projects!

Concept Construction did an incredible job on our bathroom renovation! They handled the demo, re-tiling, and new toilet installation with precision and care. The team was professional, efficient, and kept everything clean throughout the process. Our bathroom looks amazing—highly recommend

When concept construction was called to assist our American Legion for a long over due restroom project. Without any hesitation they came our for a qoute . Took time out to look at different avenues on how to save some money with different tile layouts. Provided so many different resources as oppose to just settling with one.. also being our members are unfortunately elderly now they also found a company that delivered our material inside our building which was more than half the battle. Timing was to a T professionalism and respect was 110 percent from the boss down to the helpers. I can honestly say I'd refer them to someone in the future.

I recently hired Concept Construction to install drywall around my windows and patch some holes that needed fixing, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Their attention to detail and professionalism were truly outstanding. The drywall work was flawless, and they took care of every little detail. The patched holes are completely invisible now. I highly recommend Concept Construction for any home improvement projects. They exceeded my expectations, and I'm extremely satisfied with their work.

My bathroom had to be completely gutted. I had to have a walk-in shower because of medical reasons. I initiated 4 quotes and Klaus Construction was the utmost most reasonable. The owner, Ben, worked with me and suggested tile shops, glass shops, etc to assist me. I needed help. There was flooring, tiling, plumbing and paint work to be done. It turned out beautiful. I would definitely recommend Klaus Construction for any type of remodeling work.

We were very happy with the work Concept Contruction completed on our house. We wanted someone to trust and we found Ben through a friend. Paul and Ben were great to work with and they were fast. Most of the comments my friends are saying "they are done already wow they work fast" CC completed a complete kitchen and three bath remodel along with an additional bath that was unexpected due to poor craftsmanship by the previous owner. Thanks guys.

We used CC for some exterior work expanding our driveway and adding a concrete walkway to the side of our house, etc. We are extremely happy with the results. Equally as important, Ben and his team provided great communication, one of the most reasonable quotes we received, and took lead on communication and permitting which our Village made difficult and unnecessarily complicated.

We already had Ben back out to quote additional work including repairing and replacing some deck components, installing new posts, etc. and anticipate doing more work with CC and the team moving forward. Glad we found a local, responsible, and respectable go-to contractor for whatever we might need.

We just finished up a full interior remodel with Concept Construction. Paul was our main contractor. Paul is absolutely amazing. He kept us updated throughout the entire process. He listened and addressed any questions/concerns we had along the way. He is very knowledgeable and very responsive to calls/texts. He went above and beyond, taking care of items that were not originally his responsibility. Paul was super flexible with any changes that occurred. We are incredibly happy to have chosen CC for our remodel. The results are incredible; all thanks to the amazing crew members.

A huge thank you to Paul and the CC team for creating our dream home.

I had one of my rentals catch fire and Concept Construction were there to help. Paul and Ben helped me from start to finish on the tear down and rebuild of the property. It was a really stressful time for me and I’m grateful I picked the right company to help me through

Had Ben redo the tile in a bathroom. Could not be more pleased with working with him and the outcome! Ben and his guy Paul took out the old tile, a soffit above the bathtub, rebuilt shower wall to include two niches, fixed some loose taping/drywall, trim work, and retiled.
Ben was extremely easy to work with. I was always able to get a hold of him and he was responsive when I would leave him a message. His professionalism goes well beyond his years. Even when a hiccup did occur, Ben was out the next day to address it and fix it to my liking. Will use him again for future projects and highly recommend him.

concept construction replaced our roof. the entire process was pleasant and efficient. from the home visit for a quote to the clean up after the job was done. i appreciate ben and paul’s open and timely communication. our house is 100 years old and will need more work in the future and will definitely be reaching out to them for the job. thanks again and highly recommend. also, the drone footage of the process was a real cool inside look

Ben and the team upgraded my store space and I'm blown away by their work! Everyone did such an awesome job! The store from the previous owner was gutted and rough. The team worked quickly and thoroughly and were honest and down to earth making it very easy to work with. Ben had great ideas as well that I'm much happier with than my ideas. A++++++ team!!!!!! My vintage shop in downtown Lombard is going to look high-class because of them!
