He is honest, hardworking, and an asset to their company! I am extremely pleased with the quality of his work. Definitely on my " call again " list!!

Darian was outstanding. He arrived on time, was courteous, and friendly. He explained the process and did a fantastic job to clean heavily soiled carpets. He worked some miracles and a couple of spots were past redemption. Very pleased with the entire process. I will definitely use EcoClean again and request Darian!

I had my carpets shampooed today and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. Scheduling the appointment was very easy, and the company kept me well-informed about when to expect Darian.He even called 15 minutes before arriving and showed up well within the two-hour window.

My sofa looks improved and pricing was fair, however, there are several stains that appear to not have been treated. I have a cream colored sofa that I have had for 3 years in a main area. Naturally, it shows dirt and discoloration more than a darker colored sofa, so there were several areas that needed to be refreshed. I was under the impression that the entire sofa upholstery would be cleaned, however the furniture was only spit treated. Large sections, such as the edges of the cushions where there was discoloration were not treated. My expectation were never to get the sofa looking new, and it is no longer our primary living sofa, so I knew not every stain would come out, however, I simply expected more of my sofa to be treated from the service. My rug was also cleaned and I think it was done well.

Thank you so much to Dominic for coming out to help dry up our kitchen!! There was an other worker with him too but I can’t remember his name but he was so helpful as well! Omar came back with Dominic to take our fans and the three men provided 5 star service! All of them efficiently removed our hardwood floor and dishwasher due to our dishwasher breaking. Throughout the whole process, they communicated with me and kept me updated. They made this water situation so much less stressful! Thank you again!

We also used Eco Clean for the reconstruction portion of our kitchen and this team was absolutely amazing to work with!! They were so responsive to any question I had and so knowledgeable. They were such a great liaison with our insurance company as well and helped us through our whole situation. They transformed our whole kitchen that was wrecked from our dishwasher and I can’t thank them enough!! Josh, Guillermo and his team gave us such a beautiful kitchen and floor!

Terry did an excellent job cleaning our carpet! He arrived right on time and took the time to explain how the cleaning process works, which we really appreciated. His spot-treating was very effective, and our carpet looks so much better now. We’re very pleased with the quality of the service and would definitely use them again in the future. Highly recommend!

Terry did a good job for what was asked. The job was super expensive compared to most other companies but due to my urgency, had to settle in. Thanks to their offer to include 2 free rooms given the costs, it was a a few shy of hitting a grand!

Terry called in advance to inform us of his time of arrival. This is always a great touch! Upon arriving, he thoughtfully explained the work he would be doing. We walked the house to evaluate the carpets and determine whether anything extra would be needed. He then shared additional services that we could consider and why they may be beneficial. Overall, Terry provided exceptional service. While the service does not include moving furniture or cleaning under it, the carpets look really nice.

PROPS TO DOMINIC, OMAR & JAKE! These guys did an AMAZING job with our basement. We had a flooding issue that was caused by a contractor. Our house is a 120yr old, historic home and we were definitely worried about potential damage or lingering issues due to the moisture. Omar, Jake & Dominic were so great to work with. I couldn't have asked for better service and through it all, I felt like my concerns were heard and I was really taken care of. Dominic & Omar took a PERSONAL interest in making sure everything was done like it was their own home. I really appreciated the care they took. Dominic even offered to come back over the weekend on his day off and help me move things around. Such a nice guy! And Jake was super responsive and made sure I got a great deal on the service. Would recommend Ecoclean every time! My basement has never looked better!

The company was great. Setting up an appointment was easy. They sent me the name and a photo of our service tech James. James call before arrival to see if he could come a little early. Which worked for us.
He was awesome. Asked about particular concerns & issues. He got out 2 old stains (ink). We had carpets cleaned in 3 rooms.

I’ve been using ECO Clean for carpet cleaning for a few years and generally, they’ve always done a decent job. But this time, thanks to Darian Wellnitz, the service was absolutely exceptional. The pricing remained great as always, but the level of care and attention Darian showed was just on another level. He was respectful, thorough, and made sure every little detail was handled perfectly. My carpet looks and smells amazing now, and I can’t wait to have ECO Clean back. I was very impressed with Ecoclean employees, Dylan and Mark, today when they came to my home to address water damage I found on my ceiling. Both Dylan and Mark were very professional, very friendly, and very knowledgeable, answering all of my questions. They were very detailed in prepping and protecting my home, making sure nothing was exposed to potential damage while they executed their service. This was my first time using Ecoclean. However, I was so impressed with the service I received today, I am very likely to use Ecoclean for future services.

Paul and the crew remodeled my bathroom and did an amazing job. Paul kept me up to date everyday. The crew was friendly and did a wonderful job. I will be using them again. They are a one stop shop.

I just had new windows installed by Concept Construction. The new windows look amazing and I was impressed by their professionalism. The installation was quick and efficient. I was also very happy with the way they cleaned up everything afterwards. I will definitely use them again for other upgrades around my home.

I recently had water damage in my home and needed to replace the damaged flooring. Concept Construction did an outstanding job. They replaced the laminate flooring in my kitchen with beautiful hardwood and installed tile in the powder room, which completely transformed the space. They also repaired the damaged flooring in our upstairs bathroom seamlessly.

We decided to do a complete renovation of the powder room, and they delivered. With beautiful geometric tile, fresh paint, a new vanity, a new light fixture, a modern mirror, and additional shelving, the space now feels bright, clean, and updated. Throughout the process, the team was professional, efficient, and attentive to details. Absolutlely love our new kitchen thanks to Concept Construction who helped us design and completed the construction a whole new kitchen layout with a brand new island and walk in pantry in our downtown Chicago condo. This was our first large home remodel project and Ben, Paul and their team did a great job. A few bumps in the project that were to be expected but we worked through them and the team was able to fix mistakes and even improve our original design concept to be functional and beautiful.
