We have been with Maid Pro for a year and a half. All of the staff are very professional. We just had our place cleaned today and Emma was amazing. Thank you!

The lady that set up my appointment was very nice and helpful, no complaints about the customer service. However, I paid for a move-out cleaning including the refrigerator and cabinets, and that's not what I got. When I got to the apartment (with my landlord for the walk-through) there was flour or sugar or something still in a cabinet, and the refrigerator wasn't cleaned all the way, costing me money on my security deposit. There were cobwebs in the corners of the closets, and while it was clear the carpets were vacuumed, there were still little pieces of paper or whatever all around. Walls that were clearly dirty weren't scrubbed at all. Overall I was very disappointed in how the apartment was cleaned. I could have done a better job myself and not lost any money on my security deposit. I suggest double checking their work.

Molly and Desi were amazing!! They were so kind, sweet, and thorough! I’ve had Desi come to my home before and she was amazing then, but I met Molly for the first time, and she was just as amazing! Request them!

This being our first time employing MaidPro was a great experience, from start to finish: Carrie, my MP first point of contact, to arriving home after a hard days work with 24 kindergartners, to a clean home was divine . It was such a pleasure to arrive from work to an immaculatly clean home.

Awful, awful, awful. Although their initial customer service seemed good, the actual cleaning of our home was TERRIBLE. For me, the kitchen and bathroom are the most important areas of the home to be cleaned well. Not only was the job in both of these rooms lousy (e.g.areas of the kitchen tile missed completely, cleaning solution left all over the bathroom tub), they missed (or just plain did not address) other areas of my home. AND, they charged me over $150 for their shoddy work. I called to complain and instead of standing behind their guarantee, they wanted to charge me again for the cleaning that should have been done the first time - even though I called them within hours of the job to report my concerns. Since they planned to charge me even more for them to fix their mistakes, I asked them instead to just reduce (not refund, but reduce) the price that they originally charged me since they did a terrible job, they refused. I asked the representative to give our information to the owner to further discuss...and I never heard back. Very unprofessional. Letting these folks into my home was a huge mistake for so many reasons. So, save yourself the headache and your hard-earned money and go with ANY other company. I've opted to write this review to keep these folks from ripping off other people. I hope you find this useful and look somewhere else for reputable services.

Absolutely horrible. We worked with them for over year and I'd say one out of every 10 cleans would be considered decent. In addition, the last time we had them clean our home a candle was broken and money was missing from my daughter's room. When my concerns were raised, no remedy was offered other than "filing a complaint." Disgusted, I asked that our service be canceled and our key returned to us. Their response was to let us know that "for security reasons" our only options were to go to their office (30 minutes away) and pick it up or request that they destroy it. Really? They could enter our home with said key that they picked up from our home but now that they have to drop it off it's a "security risk"? OR we're supposed to blindly trust that this thieving company would actually destroy our key? It's truly a horrible business. We found a new company that is not only more trustworthy and less expensive, but they will actually listen to their customer's concerns and work with them. Stay away from them!

I had a great experience with Maidpro and the staff that came to my home! They did a phenomenal job at a very reasonable price. I plan to have my house cleaned by then every week!

MaidPro helped me in my time of need. I sprained my ankle and couldn't take out my trash or change my sheets and MaidPro did it for me. Kelsey cleaned my kitchen floor. She did things that made me feel like I'm living in a high end hotel...my tissue boxes look like flowers and my toilet paper has the high end look that makes me feel special. I highly recommend MaidPro.

The team of Christian and Emma did a fantastic job of cleaning. Couldn’t be more pleased. They were professional, friendly, COVID safe and extremely thorough. The house looks great. These two are a credit to your business and represented MaidPro very well.

Didn’t clean my bathroom as requested and charged way too much for a simple cleaning. Too many added fees on top of their hourly rate as well. Very disappointed. Will not use again.

I have used many cleaning services in the past, but since using MaidPro, I will never turn back. The staff is always on time, friendly, and polished. On the off chance there is ever an issue, the main office staff is always VERY attentive and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a cleaning service.

Did not clean areas specifically asked for in my phone call with them. Also broke items. Never addressed or compensated. The rest of the house was very clean but because of these issues I’ll never use them again and not recommend to friends and neighbors.

Karla and Shirley has cleaned are home twice. We are SO pleased with their thoroughness, professionalism and congeniality. My husband said after their second visit, “They are keepers! “

Updated review (June 2024): After new ownership took over; they reached out and asked if I would be interested in a complimentary clean. I decided to take advantage of it during the week leading up to my wedding, as I had definitely neglected my house a bit. Management reached out to me the day before wishing me a happy wedding week(props on them to remembering the little things) and reminding me the pros would be here early this morning. Lexy & Karla arrived on time, and focused on EVERY DETAIL of my house. Everything was beautiful. They really left no surface untouched. The kitchen, living room, bedrooms, and bathroom are beyond spotless and I am extremely happy with the final result. I’m scared to touch anything and ruin it 😂 The new owners of this location of Maid Pro have definitely turned this business around and we will happily use them again in the future should we need maid services again. Thank you Kaylin & Phil for offering to make this right and easing my stress levels during wedding week. And very big thank you to Lexy & Karla for taking so much off my plate and making my house immaculate!!!!!!!!!! ❤️

Previous review from February 2023: Would give 0 stars if I could. The girl that cleaned our house was very nice, but the job done was negligent. We had just bought the house and it was completely empty. We had a painter in the living room and we were painting the master, so I told the maid “pro” as they call them to focus on the bathroom and the kitchen, as well as the washer and dryer. When she left, there was still dust on the countertops! The cabinets weren’t cleaned, and neither were the exteriors of our appliances. My best friend ended up coming over and doing a much more thorough clean for me while I was dealing with unpacking. What makes it worse, is they refused to give a refund. They offered to do a “reclean” but it had to be the next day while I would be at work, they couldn’t even wait until I got home!!!! I paid $240 for a dirty house!!!!! Don’t waste your money:)
