Coverall has cleaned our common areas for our condo for the last 10 years and they do an amazing job. They are responsive to our needs. They also did an amazing job on turn-cleans between tenants. I highly recommend them.

I love coverall. They are great with communication, and me being a franchise owner with coverall is one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.

The staff has it's good and bad like every other company, but they still manage to keep it together and keep hundreds of accounts maintained and cleaned on time. This is one of those company's whose office managers will actually go out on their off time to do services WITH their cleaners if needed. Can't say that about most companies these days.

We terminated cleaning services with Coverall over a month ago after multiple unresolved quality issues and lack of follow-up despite repeated requests.

They acknowledged the termination and stated the franchise owner would be notified. However, the cleaning crew continued entering our office and we continued receiving invoices after termination.

We also have still not received our office keys back, and communication has been extremely difficult. Because this is a medical facility, this created a serious security concern and forced us to consider re-keying the building.

Very disappointing experience — especially the lack of communication and failure to properly close out the account.

Maidpro cares about the service they have been providing our family for years. The quality of the clean is always consistent with the needs we have given them for our family.

This was my first time using MaidPro. Brianna and Emma were on time, professional and thoroughly cleaned my home. I will use MaidPro to clean my house monthly.

Maidpro always pays attention to detail and the staff is very sweet. If theres extra time at the end of the clean they will ask if i need anything extra done or offer a free fridge clean.

Brianna and Jonathan were absolutely lovely. Very personable and efficient with the clean. It was a plus that they didn't mind our dogs! I'll definitely request them in the future.

Definitely not worth it for the money. Their 49 point inspection is bs and whoever cleans must be used to just checking the box. In the kitchen they actually did a pretty good job but from there they just missed pretty basic stuff. Ceiling fans weren't dusted or wiped down, even though it was checked off on the list. I'm assuming the kitchen was done first and whoever cleaned just got lazy from there. Cobwebs in the corner of the bedroom and living room were still present. Bathroom was just ok - shelves in the shower weren't wiped down or cleaned and spot between the sink and shower could have been cleaned better.

All in all, the attention to detail just wasn't there and missing of the basic things made this a lackluster experience. In the future I will probably look for a different service or I'll save the money and spend an hour Saturday morning doing the equivalent of what MaidPro did in 3 hours.

Maidpro is very thorough when it comes to cleaning your house. It's also very easy to work with the office to schedule cleaning days and what needs to be done. I would recommend MaidPro!

I have had MaidPro services for 3 years now. I love my Weds! When I come home and Duranne has been at my home to clean, I just know I will have no worries. Amazing work girls!
