I started using MaidPros a few months ago because I couldn't keep up with cleaning/maintaining our home. It's been a game changer since. They are flexible, friendly, and do a great job at cleaning including the tougher jobs/areas around the house with no complaints. They also have great deals, referral discounts, etc. We have quite of few furry babies and everyone has been accommodating. Overall very satisfied and would recommend to friends and family.

The last 3 weeks we have had Molly, Zane and Desi clean our apartment. Each of them does a splendid job quickly and efficiently. They are well organized and truly professional. Worst cleaning I have EVER had! I requested a deep clean due to the fact that we were moving into a place that had been previously rented by another family. I moved the appliances out away from the wall and specifically requested that attention be paid to cleaning behind the appliances. The agreed time frame for the deep cleaning was 5 hours which should have been more than enough time to adequately clean a house with no furniture or personal belongings in it. I was terribly disappointed with the final results of my cleaning which I immediately emailed and called the company to discuss. I was so disappointed that I took pictures as proof. A garbage bag with garbage in it was left on my kitchen counter, the floor behind the appliances wasn't touched, there was grime and dirt that remained on the floor and light switches, a mop which didn't belong to me was left wet on the carpet in the closet and floor covering we purchased to protect the floors after the cleaning was complete was thrown in our garage haphazardly. The craziest part of my experience was that they actually expected me to pay for this!! Insanity!!

We've been using MaidPro on a monthly basis for a while now, and they do a wonderful job every time. Hailey and Lexy were especially great this month. We've also had Desiree multiple times, and she does a great job as well. We would recommend MaidPro to anyone looking for a quality cleaning service at a reasonable price.

We’ve been using MaidPro for several years and they have done good work. We appreciate the flexibility they have provided when we’ve needed to make adjustments to our scheduled cleaning dates. They use our provided product on our wood floors and use their own on tile. They also bring their own vacuums and cleaning materials. Ashley was a recent Pro who cleaned and did a very good job.

I am so impressed with EVERY aspect of Maid Pro. From my initial phone call with Leanne ( who I have to say is a Cleaning Wizard). She answered all of my questions and informed me of things I didn’t even know I needed answers to! When Lexi came to clean my house she was so sweet and exceedingly thorough! I can’t say enough wonderful things about them!

Carla is deeply aware of cleaning solutions to take care of each surface type and always considerate of using cleaning solutions that are safe for our young children.
