Cleaned all vents and the mains collecting lots off stuff left by the previous cleaners. Went in to furnace and humidifier. They even put back the stuff we had to move in order to access the vents. Mike and William were amazing! They explained the whole process of the air duct cleaning and sanitizing. They worked well together and answered all my questions. Mike showed me before and after pictures of the filters and ducts.

Excellent service! Zach and Robert called before they came. They arrived on time and were extremely professional. We walked through the house to identify all the vents so they knew exactly where they were. Throughout the cleaning, he showed me pictures of before and after the cleaning. He informed me of additional services but did not try to force me into getting them like other companies. Would definitely use them again and recommend them!

Their services having really great outcome! They are the blacksmiths of duct cleaning. They examined our duct thoroughly and made sure to give us a full inspection, diagnosis, and cleaning. They explained what they recommended should be cleaned, showed us proof and we proceeded. Very simple process. Would use them again for duct cleaning and maintenance.

We moved into a resale condo where the home inspection had identified very dirty ducts, and chose Henrick Air Duct guys after we were referred to them by a friend. We found the service exactly as described, and were provided with "before" and "after" pictures of our ducts to see the difference that the work had made. The work was done when promised, and great care was taken not to make any mess in our home. We would certainly recommend them to others.

I recently hired Henrick Air Duct to clean the air ducts at may home. Their tech Willy arrived promptly on time & was very professional & polite. He took before & after photos to show us just how much a difference his cleaning made, and we certainly could tell the difference in air quality. Thumbs up!

Henrick Air Duct technician was very professional and courteous from the first day we spoke on the phone. He explained the whole process to me and gave me a price over the phone, there was no extra fees or scare tactics. When they came over on Saturday, hid team was fantastic. They arrived 15 minutes early which was awesome, very thorough work and my home is not only clean and sanitized. I would not hesitate to recommend and refer anyone in need to them.

We clean our air ducts ocassionally in a year and this time round we hired Henrick Air Duct since we felt that our former cleaning company was becoming more expensive. Zach and Robert from Henrick Air Duct were very transparent, considering that they asked me to see how dirty the ducts were and what they intended to do to clean them thoroughly. Their price for the service were way much better than of our previous duct cleaner while Zach and Robert were more professional and polite.

We have been very pleased with the experience of purchasing a new AC unit from GSHA. We were able to schedule an appointment for a free assessment easily and an agent—Peter--was at our house with in a couple days. This agent explained the options he felt would work well, based on our initial feedback--but never pushed us to purchase anything. Instead, after several of our questions, he promised to send us several options at several price-points so that we could have all the information at hand. We spent the next week doing research and was given helpful responses from Peter as we sorted through our options and narrowed down our candidates. Again, we felt no pressure. We just received timely responses to the questions we asked. This treatment made the process of deciding much less stressful.
The installation of our new AC unit happened soon after with no hitches to speak of. The technicians were prompt, friendly, clean, and wore their masks diligently. The job went rather quickly and we had our new unit before the workday was over.
We approached GSHA initially because we met with a large, local competitor who tried to use some high-pressure tactics to sell a new unit to us. We are glad we trusted our instincts and sought out better options because this competitor’s offer was a lower-grade unit at an inflated price—in other words, price-gouging at its worst. By choosing GHS, we were able to get ourselves a very good unit (2-stage) at a fair price—the same amount, in fact, that the unscrupulous competitor would have charged us for a far inferior unit.
It’s good to know there are decent companies out there who will not try to scam you if given the opportunity. We will be referring our friends to GSHA!
