Luis was an extremely polite guy and was very personable and professional. We’ve only had the HVAC system since this last May so thankfully this winter tune up has been the only return visit we’ve needed. But it’s all running just great! Every installer/service tech we’ve had out to the house from Kat’s has been a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend!

This company was spot on when they said that the would come they did . Courteous and friendly. They asked if I had any questions and showed me what I need to know. I was happy with the service. I had a Trane for 28 years but when I did my research it appears that TrSne is not up to the standard that they used to be!

I called for an issue we were having with no heat from one of our two furnaces. Luis was very thorough in his review, patiently explaining the issues, showing pictures and helping me to understand not only the issue but the system. Didn’t end up doing any repair work today, but scheduled for a follow-up to explore replacing the system because it’s at end of life. Luis clearly outlined our repair options and made sure I was comfortable with understanding each of them.

Anthony came out on a Saturday in a blizzard and took his time to figure out why our Furnace unit had not been working and not only fixed it but also fix our other upstairs unit in the process from the original builders lack of attention to detail. He was very friendly and personable. We will definitely be using Kats again and hopefully Anthony will be the one coming out in the future!!

Eddie was an absolute pleasure to work with. He arrived on time, was clean and tidy throughout the entire job, and carried himself with a level of professionalism that immediately put me at ease. He was polite, respectful of my home, and took the time to explain what he was doing without ever making me feel rushed or overwhelmed. His attention to detail really showed in the final result. I’m genuinely impressed with his work and his work ethic.

Luis has helped us with HVAC/AC maintenance for several years. He is always pleasant, polite and respectful. Luis takes his time to inform you of products and options for your systems but is never pushy or overselling. He is knowledgeable and wants to make sure everything is working well! We have been very happy with KATS overall and would highly recommend them!

Our overall experience with this company was very positive. They found an issue with our furnace during regular maintenance, and were able to quickly get us a quote and come back to install a new one. Angel and Eddie did a great job with the installation, were very friendly and professional.

Eddie was a total professional during our new furnace installation. His crew arrived on time, and reconfigured our venting to make filter replacement more convenient. Clean-up was top-notch, both inside our home and in our driveway where they worked out of their box truck. They were both very knowledgeable & friendly. This was the first time we've used KATS, but we'll be loyal customers for regular maintenance!

They came to our house multiple times in one week and walked us through the issues we were experiencing, our go forward options, and handled everything professionally. Eddie & Anthony were great! The charge for a furnace tuneup is very reasonable for their comprehensive tuneup. Eddie’s found that my burner was rusted & needed to be replaced. I’m grateful that he did an extensive tuneup & found issues that my previous technician did not find. I definitely will recommend Kats to any needing HVAC repairs or maintenance, they provide quality work & knowledgeable technicians.

Giovanni showed up an hour after I called on a Sunday morning. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He ran all the diagnostics and based on the age of the furnace recommend a new one, which be installed in 2 days. Great customer service and follow through. I would highly recommend Kay’s Heating and Cooling!

5/5 Stars – Absolute Legends at AC Installation!
These two techs are absolute heroes! They installed our AC in brutal, fry-an-egg-on-the-sidewalk heat, tackling a tricky coil setup and sheet metal work as pros. Their teamwork and skill were unreal, leaving us with a perfectly running system. The place was spotless when they finished—cleaner than when they started! Super professional, friendly, and took time to explain everything. These guys should get some well deserved recognition for their top-notch work! Highly recommend!

I called Katz after I lost confidence in the company that had previously been servicing my furnace and ac. It was after hours and I spoke with Giovanni. He was so patient and took time to answer all my questions. He then came to my house within the hour. It was determined my furnace needed replacing and Anthony was able to come that same night around 9 or 10pm for a quote. Angel was there the next day before 11am and I had a new furnace installed by 4pm.

I like how they text you the same and picture of their workers. All three were polite and personable. Angel in particular was very respectful, always asking permission to go upstairs. They didn’t try any crazy upsell tactics like my former company. I would definitely go with this crew again.

Working directly with Giovanni and Anthony to arrange the best plan for our home was a professional and accommodating experience. They were incredibly patient to teach us about heating & cooling our home efficiently. They guided us on developing a cost-effective plan to update our ancient, rusted system to address safety concerns.

Our experienced furnace technician, Eddy, was knowledgeable and professional. He was approachable with any of our questions and was clearly dedicated to delivering his best work. Eddy singlehandedly replaced our furnace and installed an Ecobee thermostat in one day.

We're looking forward to continuing services with Kats!
