Mike Cerv was very friendly and professional. The air filter though was overpriced but he did explained it to me. It just happened that I ran out of air filter supply. Overall, I am pleased with the service provided.

New furnace Installation went well and Techs were knowledgeable and helpful, but one of them took a chunk out of our staircase wall while hauling out old furnace. They did reach out immediately and offer to fix the wall so no harm done, would definitely I rely use their services again!

Joe was very knowledgeable, professional. He explained the issue with my AC, had the correct replacement part on his truck and completed the repair in minutes. He also ran a check on my Freon and did a visual inspection of the unit.

This was our first time using Comfort, and I could not be happier! Our AC went out in the beginning of a 90° week, and I was able to get a technician out on the same day! Our technician, Jorge, was very informative, friendly and polite. He explained everything clearly and got our AC back up and running. So far, everything is working great!

Jorge was very thorough and professional. He checked my leaking water heater in addition to regular maintenance on my furnace and found that the water heater needs to be replaced. That is why the cost is so high.

I switched to Comfort from a different service a little over a year ago. They had good reviews so I figured I would try them. Paid $120 for their annual maintenance package, which seemed reasonable. First year was good. This year they call me and say they are updating their prices and it would be $17.50 per month or $210 per year. A little annoyed but I liked the first year. My old annual package still went through June, but they started charging me immediately after the call. More annoyed. Technician comes out and tries to sell me $2000 in parts and services. I declined given the price. I looked up the parts for the work and it was about $300-400 total. So $1600 in labor seemed excessive. Given this, I decided to cancel. Called the following week and canceled the subscription given these issues. Nevertheless they still charged me for the next 2 months(and 3 months total even though I shouldn’t have been charged at all). So I called again and they said they would have someone call me back to help refund my money. No call. Called again (same person I talked to when I originally called to cancel) and she said she would send it to her manager to make sure I was canceled and issued a refund. No refund, no call back. Luckily my bank was able to easily resolve this for me. All in all don’t waste your time.

Joseph was on time, courteous, and answered all of my questions. He was also very thorough which I appreciated. I would definitely call Comfort Services again.

Scheduling with Jolene was a breeze! She is so kind and worked around my schedule to get the best possible day and time to have our maintenance check completed!

We had our scheduled maintenance check today and Jorge was our technician. He did a wonderful job. Quick and efficient and kept me informed throughout the entire process! Reliable care for my A/C & furnace and water heater. Our water heater sprung a leak that we discovered on Tuesday night. I called Comfort Services at noon on Wednesday. A new water heater was completely installed that same day by 3:30. We have been on their annual maintenance plan for several years. They come here in the spring and the fall to be sure the air conditioner and furnace are in good working order. Customer service is a five star plus with this family owned business.

Jorge was thorough yet speedy and identified the cause of an issue we’d had in the past and even took steps to prevent it from happening in the future. Nice guy!

Jorge prepared my furnace for upcoming fall and winter weather. He also performed maintenance on the dehumidifier.

Eric reinspected my furnace and recommended a replacement. This eventuality was not unexpected. Eric helped me select a new high efficiency furnace, created a financing plan and scheduled the installation for the replacement. So far so good.

I recently had a new AC unit installed by Comfort Services, and while the job came with a few unexpected challenges, the entire team handled it with patience and professionalisms.
What should have been a fairly straightforward installation ended up requiring a few extra steps, but the installers never rushed or cut corners. They stayed focused and made sure everything was done right, even though it took twice as long.
A special shout-out to Brandon, the office manager, who kept us in the loop every step of the way. He communicated clearly about what was happening and why. It’s rare to find that level of customer care now days.
