I am in the process of opening a complaint with BBB Better Business Bureaus since they absolutely refused to acknowledge my grievance.. PLEASE stay away from Jacobazzi!!! I wish I can say they serviced my furnace superbly, however, Denise, the owner's wife, who was quick to take my money never returned any emails, nor voicemails, not to mention issuing a justified refund for an expensive job ~$1k, not even an apology! After a botched up repair by Jacobazzi the firefighters had to evacuate my building on a Saturday night due to life threatening carbon monoxide release. It cost additional time and money to properly fix the furnace by a licensed contractor... Do not hire Jacobazzi, they NEVER want to hear from you once they get paid unfortunately and do not take any accountability..

I’ve known Tony and Denise for many years, and they are always available to help and assist with heating and cooling needs. I have called after hours in the past, especially during summer months, and it has never been a problem for them to send someone out to the house. I recently had my furnace replaced, and Tony came over and made suggestions/recommendations for the best possible outcome. I was provided brochures regarding three furnaces he recommended, and Denise outlined the entire cost for each furnace including duct work if I decided to go in that directions. The furnace was installed and delivered on time and as promised. The two men that worked in my house were professional, polite, and answered all of my questions. I went with the additional air exchanges, which required placing additional vents in the upper wall of my home, in seven locations. The work was flawless and these was NO mess to clean up. I can go on and on…. Jacobazzi has always meet all of my heating and cooling needs and I highly recommend them. Thank you Denise and Tony.

I've been a Jacobazzi customer since 2014. They are always kind, professional and happy in their work. They live and work locally, making them a great part of the community. They are available to help at all hours but have always fit me in quickly during normal hours, which is awesome as problems only seem to happen during peak weather.

Had an entirely new system installed, thermostat, furnace, a/c, the works. These guys did an awesome job, and the fit and finish of what they had to custom make was perfect. I'm a little bit picky on details, and I'm impressed with the way they found space saving ways around the way the utility closet was built. They clearly have the long time experience and knowledge, they identified a choke point in the old system and made sure the new unit can be as efficient as possible. No issues so far, everything works perfect. I'd love to say I would go to them again, but I don't think I'll have to. I feel like the job was done the way it should have, and it's up to the equipment now.

We have relied upon Jacobazzi for years to keep our old HVAC system running long after we first postponed replacing it. When we finally decided to invest in a new system, Jacobazzi was our source for complete consumer information about a range of Bryant products suitable for our needs and matched to our budget with eligible rebates. They put us in contact with the manufacturer’s financing partner, whose approval process was simple and quick. Jacobazzi removed and disposed of the old system and assembled and installed the new equipment in compliance with the manufacturer’s (and our town’s) specifications. The work was diligently performed, and the resulting installation looks professional and runs great! A respectful thank you to Denise, Jim, and Thomas who handled our job. We’re very pleased.

Our beloved, honest, older gentleman air conditioner/furnace repair man retired. Our standards are set pretty high. Kim, Denise, & Thomas with Jacobazzi were all very professional and friendly. They scheduled us an afternoon within the week. They were able to come in the morning. And though I forgot about second a/c & furnace, they were able to service those as well.
(I forgot the name of the guy getting trained but he was polite as well and focused on getting job done).

My parents have used Jacobazzi for over 40 years and I have been using them for 25 years. We have had new systems installed to semi-annual service, to any repair needed. We have been extremely happy with having them for our HVAC needs. The job is done right, no re-repairs or any sales pressure. Here is a recent example, my mother is 90 and had her a/c fail on her last week when weather was in the high 90's. They responded the next morning to service the ac, the system was too old, after discussing the needs and options available, we went with a new install which they completed in 2 days, the ac was temporarily running in one day. Pictures are attached. I checked all 5 of what I like about them. I give them 5 STARs.

Would not recommend. Called to ask a question and make an appointment and was told someone would get back to me. After 2 days of waiting I finally called them back. Same receptionist didn't even apologize for not getting back to me, and again told me someone would call me back. It's been another 2 business days...I give up! Apparently they don't want our business. I reached out to another company who answered my question and is coming out in a few days. I feel confident I'm in much better hands.

Outstanding Experience with Jacobazzi Heating & Cooling!

I recently had a brand new AC system installed in my home by Tony and Jim from Jacobazzi Heating & Cooling, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From start to finish, they were professional, courteous, and incredibly respectful of my home—treating it as if it were their own.

They finished the installation on time, cleaned up thoroughly, and left everything looking better than when they arrived. Their workmanship was top-notch, and it’s clear they take great pride in what they do.

It’s rare to find a company that’s not only fair and honest, but also made up of genuinely good people. I highly recommend Jacobazzi Heating & Cooling for anyone needing HVAC work—you simply won’t find better service or better people. I’m truly grateful for the exceptional job they did!

Having a very old furnace and using the same person to service and repair for over 20 years, it’s tough to trust a new provider. Showed up on time, personable, and professional, and finish the job fast as well. 10/5 stars excellent!

Don’t go here, go anywhere else. The costing model for this business is fraudulent with fake calculations. A simple fuse replacement for the furnace cost $700 and three hours of labor and pickup of the replacement fuse — when actual labor was timed at 5 minutes, and 20 minutes for diagnostic. They then refused, quite unprofessionally, to write up a bill that reflected; nevertheless they didn’t want to document their scam. It took hours just to even talk with Denise and her to listen to us — customers are not first here. Unethical profiting is first. Unprofessional, illegal, and harmful for decent humans who expect for a 25 minute fuse replacement to not cost them $700. The cost per hour doesn’t reflect the actual time for the labor. $250 an hour and we were upcharged for 2 hours hours of labor when it took half that time. Service call was not even included in repair time. We’re reasonable people, and they just care to box you in for the price. They said it was just going to be $170 for a service call, no matter if they fix it, and then they said when they got here total cost will be $292, when they didn’t fix it and if we want them to fix it, it’ll be $700. We were coerced to pay $700 and not even get a decent receipt for the fake calculations. We will be reporting this to better business bureau.

We have used Fire 'n' Ice many times over the years and they have always provided top notch service. Recently we hired Casey and his team to completely replace our entire HVAC system at a commercial warehouse. This was not a small job. 12 massive HVAC units were removed and replaced. Everything was very well planned, executed, and completed according to plan without any problems. Any large project like this requires knowhow and professionalism in order for things to go well and Fire 'n' Ice did not disappoint! I would trust these guys to handle any HVAC project big or small.
