Kent is our Service tech and we enjoy his personality and absolutely trust his knowledge and expertise in his field. He always delivers good service. we’ve used fire and ice for three years now for air conditioners, and furnace. They are reasonably priced and Kent Shirley is a great representative for the company.

These folks were great. Jim was the installation manager who came out very quickly to evaluate and put together a plan for a somewhat difficult attic installation. He got back to me same day and was able to get me on the schedule for the install right away (before the heat wave!) . Kent, Kevin and Kris were here early that morning to get started and they were wonderful. Very professional and efficient. It was a pleasure to work with this entire team and I am SO thankful for their expertise and efforts. This is a great company with really great people. Highly recommend.

This is a well organized company. They installed my HVAC system and they maintain it yearly. The are efficient and knowledgeable . Appointments are on time and respectful of your property. Extremely prompt and thorough service ! The technician Kent was friendly and super helpful. By far the best experience I have had with HVAC repair. He explained the problem and how it was resolved and had a suggestion to keep it going longer. While we used them for an air conditioning, we would absolutely use them for a full HVAC install - in fact, my neighbor referred me and has had an exceptional experience, as well ! Courteous and helpful ! The team also is thorough with communications, invoicing, and follow up. I really appreciate family-owned businesses who truly value their customers!

This place has always been fair with their quotes and they do quick work. I called at 10am, a tech was on site by 12pm, and the furnace was fixed by 12:30.
