Our ac went out during the hot spell. Called Pure Climate Heating and Cooling in the evening and they had Chris out first thing the next morning. He resolved the issue and got us up and running in no time. Chris was very professional and thorough. He went over several options with us since our heating and cooling system is very old. We are looking forward to receiving a quote for replacing our current system, but in the meantime, we are very happy that he was able to get our very dated system up and running to keep us cool. We highly recommend Pure Climate Heating and Cooling.

My AC got faulty in the midst of June heatwave. Called Pure Climate and while I had to wait an extra day due to their busy schedule, they got Chris out earlier than expected the next morning. He was courteous, sharp and managed to diagnose the problem fast. He got it fixed right away and my AC up and running in less than an hour! Always shared advice on possible future upgrades with fair pricing compared to other places. More than recommended for excellent service!

We found Pure Climate on Yelp and there were so many good reviews. So we called Jim yesterday because our central air went out, he made our appointment and today Chris came and fixed our problem. He gave us some options, a fair price, a did a great job. Thanks for getting us much needed relief from the horrible heat. We will definitely keep him in mind when we’re ready to put in a new unit.

Wow! Jim called me back in very quick fashion early in the morning, and Chris was at the house only a few hours later. He quickly identified the issue for repair and had the AC back running after only being here for all of 30-45 minutes total. Highly recommend!

My AC not working properly. $99 dollar service fee. I think that was quite reasonable for same day service. Christopher was excellent, prompt professional and explained everything. It can be fixed, but costly and unit is very old so not worth it, which i kind of expected but the cost to replace , WOW! Very expensive. $6000 or more!! I was hoping for a more affordable replacement cost. That said, Pure Climate seems like a good honest company, I would recommend them. I believe Chris is skilled fair and honest.

Chris was a total pro. He was professional, courteous, fixed the problem quickly and recommended additional work for later on. And I called and he came out quickly. I very much appreciated the help. I will definitely reach out to Pure Climate again for additional work and maintenance in the future

Our air quality was poor. Came out and checked our 2 furnaces, no problems. Correctly diagnosed issue, needed replacement filters for our humidifiers. Now air is clean.

On a 95-degree day with an extreme heat warning, Pure Climate Heating and Cooling came through in a big way. I had never worked with them before, but Jim was incredibly responsive and got us a same-day appointment in the early afternoon. Chris, the service manager, even arrived earlier than expected, quickly diagnosed the issue, picked up a major part, and had everything repaired the same day. He was honest, practical, and very efficient. I was so impressed I signed up for their membership plan to stay ahead of any future issues. Pure is a locally owned small business, and I’ll absolutely be recommending them to my neighbors.

He was very thorough and checked Everytging. Boiler started working once he got here so nothing to "fix" but I'm just glad it's working now. And I Realy appreciate how fast he got here.

Chris communicates well and arrived on time. He was very courteous and asked if there were any specific concerns. He cleaned the furnace and ensured everything was thoroughly done. Great work overall!

We've used Pure Climate for years and they're the best. A few years ago we had a dual mini-split installed which was life changing for summertime in our home. They were great not only with a professional speedy install, but beforehand working with us on the right placement for the units and what electrical work needed to happen beforehand.

Since then we've had Pure Climate out for routine cleaning and testing a few times. The most recent visit from Rey was the best. Not only cleaned, inspected, and tested our A/C and mini-splits but found a problem with our A/C that he repaired right then and there. Couldn't ask for more. So nice having a trustworthy go-to for any HVAC issues. Thanks!

Our family was introduced to Pure Climate several years ago when an unexpected winter thunderstorm broke our furnace about 3 days before Christmas. Jim and his team stepped up to help when other companies wouldn't return our calls.

Despite their best efforts, the furnace couldn't be repaired before the holiday, but the team's professionalism and compassion salvaged what could have been a miserable holiday experience.

We later sold the home, but when the furnace at our new residence needed replacement, I found myself contacting Pure Climate again with a request for a quote. I wasn't disappointed. Pure Climate has performed maintenance on my AC and furnace for several years, and we’ve consistently had great experience with them. Most recently Chris came out to take care of a minor issue with my furnace the same day I reached out to them. He was able to quickly get things working properly, thoroughly explaining the problem, and even took care of the routine cleaning and inspection while he was here. Great customer service, and I would definitely recommend!

Chris was a little delayed from the scheduled window, but sent me a text to let me know he was running late and what his new ETA was. Once he arrived, he was very professional and diagnosed the issues quickly. He was willing to explain what he was doing and why, as well as pointing out other potential issues that we should be watchful for in the coming seasons. All in all, we are quite pleased with the service we received today!

Expert Heating was quick to respond with quality service. The installation of a Aprilaire system was not easy. The job was done well and the tech. Anthony did some additional work to make it meet his and company standards. Thank you for a great and professional job. Highly recommend.

Service tech deemed my air conditioner died, asked for a replacement quote. Nothing. I then bought a new air conditioner at another place, but they do not install. Tech called me, he forgot to charge me the service call. At that time I asked if they would install my new air conditioner. He said they would get back to me. Nothing again!
I liked the Tech, but can't recommend the company. I feel they left me hanging twice. I'm done.

Very responsive! Joe was extremely helpful in troubleshooting and deciding on the right system to install and then getting that scheduled within days and my schedule.

Several years ago Expert HVAC recommended that I replace a hot water tank. It was not working so I had no hot water. Price was very high...$1,500. I decided to call a plumber who came over and installed an expansion tank and everything operated correctly. The young employee was not knowledgeable and was making constant phone calls to Joe the business owner. Would not recommend this company to anyone.

Called them about ten days ago. A/C cutting off intermittently, tech was pretty clueless. Stood next to the compressor with him. Made some noises, he was certain it was a part. $480 later and still cutting off, spoke with owner, no help at all. Very sad. Will not recommend and will say AVOID. Told three times that the “experienced one will be back”
