Very conscientious and thorough—no rushing through a routine maintenance visit. Patient with any questions and explaining things .

Great service from Chris & Kevin! They did a complete overhaul for us. New ac and furnace. They fixed what two other companies screwed up. They also had great financing options. I highly recommend this company and will be life long customers now.

Excellent service and the knowledge of the technician was great. He explained the issues as he went along and was able to find the problem efficiently. He was also able to give us options to resolve the issue that didn’t break the bank, which I cannot say about other HVAC companies who’s name starts with the first letter of the alphabet.

This company goes above and beyond. They're truly amazing. They not only installed a new furnace and air conditioning unit, but also noticed a problem with the placement of our thermostat and moved it to a better location. Our home is now warmer despite the temperature being turned down from what we used to keep it set at. All in all a lovely experience. Their technicians are knowledgeable and dependable.

John was our service tech. He was great! He was on time, very polite, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. When I called to make the appointment for the service call, the person who answered the phone was very pleasant. I made the appointment and pleasantly surprised that I could get service so quickly. I also was impressed that they have a window as to when the tech would be coming, confirmed the appointment the day before and called advising the tech was on his way. Being a new client, I was very impressed with my interaction with everyone I talked to. My overall experience was great! I would definitely recommend!

New customer, first experience.
I have only owned this house for six months, so when a different well-known company told me we need to replace the furnace, I wanted another professional to validate that. Called Fire n Ice for a second opinion as well as a maintenance/cleaning of the furnace (which the other company did not do while they were here). John was straightforward and friendly, and I trust what he told me. He checked and cleaned the system and assured me that, although this isn't the best furnace, a replacement could wait. He let me know that some of the "issues" with the furnace should be alleviated by the thorough cleaning that he did. He also gave me a little advice on things we can check into to ensure our furnace works the best it can while we have it.
Fire n Ice was able to schedule me quickly, and all my interactions were positive. John was kind, responsive, and knowledgeable. He probably answered 25 questions while he was here. I will definitely call them in the spring to check the air conditioner and will call them in the future if I need any service for my HVAC system. I really appreciate them saving me the stress of adding a new furnace to the long list of things we need to do to this house.

The team at Pure Climate Heating & Cooling was fantastic! Our AC stopped working on a crazy hot Sunday. Jim promptly answered an email and sent someone out the next day. The team diagnosed the issue and gave us our options as well as fair pricing for each option. We opted to replace the AC and furnace and both were installed three days later! The techs were knowledgeable and friendly. They made sure that we knew how the system worked and checked in several days later to make sure it was working as expected. We've already recommended Pure Climate Heating & Cooling to a few neighbors and won't hesitate to recommend them to anyone else!

We've used Pure Climate for several hvac jobs throughout 2023, including uncoupling, moving then reinstalling the ac compressor in order for an excavator to have room to run a backhoe at the side of our house. After all that work was finished, Chris came back this month (Nov) and did an excellent job of tuning-up and cleaning our furnace. Jim (the owner) and Chris are quick to respond and look over the entire system, then take care of everything without pressuring us to buy more parts or accessories than needed. We are staying with Pure Climate as regular semi-annual customers.

11/19/24 Rey texted us he was coming and arrived on time. He was sent to do the annual tune-up of our furnace. He was thorough, quick and courteous. Rey is an excellent addition to Pure Climate's team. I highly recommend Pure Climate for all the services they provide.

In my experience, a lot of heating and cooling service companies have junior people that recommend replacing HVACs as the only option as they do not have the skill set to fix the issue, and/or they are dishonest in their approach for financial gain. Pure Climate is responsive, professional, honest, knowledgeable, and do great work. I highly recommend them.

Been using another company, but they are so busy they could not see me until January. I’m so glad that happened because Pure Climate
was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. I was afraid I would have to replace my furnace, but I had one issue that needed to be fixed, thankfully. I could’ve been told I needed a new furnace not have known any better.UPDATE. 6/18/25. Had Chris come out because my air went off yesterday and it was 92° outside? They promised that they would fit me in today which they did. There was something wrong with the sensor. I was Worried that I would need another air gondiotioner. Judt like previously when I thought I needed another furnace. Hey these guys are so trustworthy I hope they never go out of business.

I used Pure Climate due to a strong referral from another family member. My 17 yr furnace was acting up on the coldest day of the year (of course) and I was resigned to a the possibility of a high cost furnace replacement just weeks before Christmas. However, Chris isolated the problem in just a few minutes and was able to get my furnace working again in an hour and a half, and for a lot less than I ever imagined. I was so relieved to find an honest company that has the customer’s interest at heart. I heartily recommend Pure Climate for all your heating, cooling and indoor air quality needs.

Rey, my service technician was very patient with me in explaining each detail where I would understand what he was doing. He suggested getting the maintenance agreement to avoid expensive repairs, and was overall a great young man to repair my AC. I highly recommended this company.

Chris from Pure Climate showed up today to help us with our air conditioning (it wasn't as cold as it should have been.) He arrived early, was courteous, and offered us options to choose from whether it be repair or replacement. We'll definitely be using Pure Climate again in the future. Exceptional service and professionalism.

Chris was awesome. Really informative of what he planned to do, let me know what I can expect pricing wise before adding freon and provided solid advice on a leak we currently have. Shared some information about our options if we decide to replace our heating and cooling unit. He was pleasant in conversation and respectful of the house and property. My husband and I woke up to a very cold house yesterday! Our furnace wasn’t working and we needed someone to come out ASAP. Pure Climate was my first call early in the morning. Jim answered immediately and told me he’d have someone out within a few hours. Getting set up as a new customer was very quick and easy. Chris arrived earlier than expected (which is great) and was patient while I drove home from work to meet him! Chris quickly identified the problem and was able to fix it same day. My husband and I are first time homeowners and Chris was very kind and took time to explain everything to me and go over some basics that every homeowner should know! He definitely didn’t have to do that so I very much appreciated it! Jim and Chris were both so friendly and the service was so great and fairly priced that it was a no brainer to join their loyalty program!

Answered all my questions with ease and offered simple solutions to help with the HVAC workload as well!

My grandma’s heat wasn’t working as the temperatures at night were starting to drop. I called Pure Climate and Chris was able to make it out the same day to run diagnostics and replace our broken blower motor. The service was great and fast. We would definitely call again.
