Always great service with Pure Climate. A couple of years ago we had Chris and the owner Jim replace our central air unit and furnace. They did a great job. Both were professional, knowledgeable and clean. We had Cody this time for maintenance of central air unit and to replace a capacitor. He was also professional and knowledgeable and got our house cooled down in less than a couple hours. Reasonable prices as well. Highly recommend this company.

Chris was excellent. He was very thorough in his diagnosing, which I am very grateful for because the issue was not what I expected it to be. I thought the gas valve was bad, when it was actually the control board. He provided me with a quote very quickly for options to move forward. Overall a great experience and I will be reaching out again for future HVAC needs.

Chris from Pure Climate Heating and Cooling is a person I would trust. He not just good at his job as a Hvac serviceman,he sells himself as an honest person. I am a retired 81 year old maintenance and construction electrician. I worked 51 years in the field and had two tour of duty as a Chief Warrant Officer in Vietnam 1968 and 1969. The Tet offense.

I contacted Pure Climate about a tune up on two furnaces in my home as well as a leak from one of the units that had been going on for months.
I spoke to Jim over the phone and he was pleasant and professional. Although their calendar was busy, Jim was able to squeeze me in within a few days which I really appreciated.
Chris came out to our home and he was very knowledgeable and extremely professional. Chris not only did a great job getting both furnaces tuned up but he also was able to diagnose the problem with the leak and repair it right away at a very reasonable cost. I was worried that someone would come out and try to upsell me on new parts and lots of labor costs, but Chris did the opposite. He was very honest, did not upsell me on any parts and was able to fix it on the spot.

We needed a heater leak repair solved, and Chris soon detected the source of the problem. He then explained what needed to be done and began the repair after going to get the part replaced. He was respectful coming in and out of the house by using foot covers and completed the work very well.

Jim got back to me within ten minutes of my service request online, and Chris came out to my house for repairs an hour ahead of schedule (after letting me know, of course) the same day. Not only did he get the job done quickly, but he also walked me through exactly what was going on with my AC and showed me how to troubleshoot in the future. Chris arrived promptly the day we called and immediately identified we needed a new furnace motor. Witjin a few hours, he was able to go get the motor part at an offsite store and come back and install it and have everything up and running. He was extremely courteous and professional, and everything was as promised. Will not hesitate to use them again.

23JUL2025, 6am, house temp is at 76 and rising when the set temp is supposed to be 72. Two kids (ages 4 and 1.5) and a pregnant wife in the house. As one can imagine, anxiety starts to ramp up. Luckily Pure climate opens at 7am! Jim quickly responded to my voicemail and address the issues with our Condensing Unit. Chris (technician) showed up on time, quickly assessed the problem, gave expert recommendations, and resolved our issues in 1hr. Pure climates rapid response, time, expertise, and customer service are top tier. I can’t recommend this company enough for HVAC concerns.
