I've been using Fire 'n' Ice for almost 20 years and have always been provided outstanding service. Their techs are very professional, friendly, conscientious, and always do a thorough job. Today, John came out to clean and check my AC and I'm very pleased with the service that he provided.

We’ve used and recommended Fire and Ice multiple times. They are always very helpful and knowledgeable, we’ve never had a bad experience and will continue to use and recommend them whenever we are able. We’ve seen John specifically multiple times who has always been efficient and kind when here working. They will always be our first call for any heating and cooling services.

Very thorough team here, they explain everything in detail and make sure you understand the situation, they don't try to pressure you into a purchase, they give multiple options and let you pick what works best for you, as far as the team members I had a great crew, very clean, polite and efficient. I like that they call to schedule the regular maintenance appointment. They make reminder calls a few days before the appointment and the day of service, they call to let you know the Technician is on their way.

A/C and not stopped blowing cold Sat night. Our ‘home warranty service’ lied about an appointment and forecast called for hot weather tomorrow so had to make a call. I’m very happy it was to Fire n Ice. They responded right away to a 9:40 PM email, set an appointment for 12-4 the next day then gave me a 30 min advance call per my request. Ken was parked at the house, 30 min later A/C was up and running. Fair price, excellent friendly service. Fire n Ice is my go to hvac going forward.

Absolutely LOVED these guys! Very honest with the type of work that was needed and all possible solutions and even financing options available to me if needed. NEVER pushy and did a great job doing exactly what we asked and what was best for us to fix another company's mistakes. Product line was excellent and fitted for exactly what our home needs. I have been happy with the entire staff at Fire N Ice. After a bad experience with a different company as our very old system was failing, Fire N Ice came in with knowledge and respect. They have been servicing our equipment for 5+ years now and are friendly, helpful, and keep our units running smoothly. We recently required warranty work in the dead of winter which caused us to be without heat for a few days, but they worked hard to get the part as quickly as possible and made sure to schedule the repair same day to get our heat back on. We have been Fire N Ice for the 10 years we have been in our current house. We found them in a random search shortly after moving in when we were seeking to have an AC unit replaced and relocated. Since then we have relied on their consistent top notch service for both routine annual check ups and a needed emergency furnace replacement. The entire service experience is terrific - good response and interaction when scheduling visits, reminder calls, technicians are prompt and thorough. One experience has been great, we highly recommend Fire N Ice.

We’ve had the same tech for many years for cleaning and a few repairs. Their pricing is fair also. I highly recommend.

The gentleman was friendly, informative and patient with us old folks and cleaned our unit quickly and efficiently. He located some problem spots and suggested we think about replacing the unit. He followed through with the office and on Monday we are scheduled for a visit to estimate cost, etc. Fire and Ice is the folks we call when we need HVAC service.

During heat wave our condo a/c fritzed out all of a sudden one evening, called Fire n' Ice next morning. They had tech here within a few hours. They worked promptly & without hassle with our condo bldg manager for roof access. Tech promptly diagnosed we had bad capacitor, had it in stock on his truck. He ran few other diagnostics after installation, and we had a/c 30 minutes later. Kevin the tech was very personable and knowledgeable. We will definitely call again if we need service this fall, and would recommend to others.

High quality workmanship and knowledgeable team. Installed a new upstairs ac and furnace. I’m happy with the quality of work and care taken by the team keeping the work area protected from any damage.

Follow up: My A-coil had to be replaced. Fortunately done under warranty. The owner and the team at Fire n Ice worked diligently to get me up and running before the heat set in. Tech was top notch. Great organization..
