Brandon, from Comfort Services performed the annual maintenance to the furnace and humidifier.
He was on time and very professional with his appearance and approach. A new part for the humidifier was needed and was up front on pricing for replacement and had the part in his van stock.
Very pleased with service and technician.
He was also a big Chicago Bears fan!

Jorge was great. He identified the issue, explained it me. He then went to get the parts, came back same day, and finished the job. He showed me pictures of the bad parts and the good parts once they were in. I now have heat, what a wonderful thing. Thank you

Jorge Cruz came out today to service the furnace. Showed up on time, replace batteries in thermostat, serviced the furnace/water heater/humidifier. He was training someone, and I could hear him teaching. Very knowledgeable, polite, and thorough. Overall, I was impressed.

Robert the technician arrived promptly and explained what he was there to do. He discovered issues with heating parts for my 5-6 year old furnace which he quoted price and we replaced. These parts were not covered under warranty for which he spent time explaining in detail what was covered and what was not. That was appreciated as well. All in all my expectations were met from scheduling to completion of the work

Comfort Services came out when I noticed my WiFi thermostat showing the furnace being on for 3 days straight and losing heat while I was away on vacation. Amanda, Freddie and Jorge made sure everything was taken care of and the heat was back on. Couldn't be happier with the experience and service!

Regular yearly maintenance on my furnace was handled expertly. Pictures were shown regarding various aspects of the heater that were tuned up and checked up. The service contract is a marvel of protection. Excellent all the way around. I recommend this company without reservation.

Great service from Joe! He was very thorough during our furnace tune-up and took the time to answer all our questions. We’ll absolutely have him back in the spring for our AC tune-up.

Normally, I have been happy with our services here. Everyone in this company has always been very friendly and polite.During the last visit, however, I was told that I I need parts replaced totaling about $1400 and should think of just purchasing a new furnace. I haven’t even had this for 10 years and I’ve had regular maintenance, so that is disappointing to hear. The tech said that We definitely needed to get a few things done or a furnace could go out so we did the minimum portion. We were told we would get a quote with the details of the additional parts needed. I never got that until I called and had The person answering the phone send them to me. I have asked twice to speak to someone who can explain these charges to me and have not received a call back. It’s been about a month since my first call and I was told they were busy and would get back to me soon. I called again early this week and still have not heard back. I hate to leave a poor review, but I’m hoping to get in touch with someone who can help me out.

Jorge was polite and very friendly. The temps are below zero today and he came after hours to help. The fastest hvac service That I’ve ever received. He was at my house within 1hr of me placing a call to Comfort services and My furnace was working within 1hr of him arriving to my house. Jorge explained everything thoroughly and the cost was reasonable.

I’ve had consistently excellent experiences with the Comfort Services team. Amanda, the customer service and scheduler, and Jorge, the technician, are both incredibly courteous and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions transparently and provided detailed explanations during the on-site inspection. I highly recommend their services.
