Owner Joe and his team offer quality work at a very reasonable price. His staff is kind, tidy and efficient when they come into your home. I’ve had a fresh air kit installed, new hot water heater and all my air ducts cleaned. I’d like to have them back out for an air scrubber sometime soon. Yesterday Adam from Expert came to work on our furnace. He was great to work with. He arrived promptly and was very professional. Joe Kasallus and his wonderful team of technicians heroically came to our aid last week as our AC and our Furnace were in desperate need of replacement.

Joe Kasallis and his team replaced both Units in one day, saving us because the following day the temperatures were in the mid 90’s !

which he did !!

This is a great trust worthy company. They installed our Daikin Heat pump and HVAC system, pricing was great, rebate information was spot on and the service technicians know their stuff and are polite and on time. I cannot recommend this company enough! We have had no issues the last 6 months and when we had a question about our ducts and remodel on our house they sent their tech out to take a look and make recommendations.

Expert Heating, Air & Plumbing has been a great partner for our family for the last 5 years. The management and service technicians have been very responsive and great to work with. Yesterday we had an issue with the furnace as we were trying it out for the first time this season. They came right out and had us diagnosed and fixed within a couple of hours. Couldn't be happier and would highly recommend them for ongoing annual maintenance and anytime you need to replace equipment.

Expert has been a great service provider for all my heating & AC needs for several years now. Today, Anthony did a great job installing a new heat exchanger on my furnace. He was very professional, explained to me the work he was planning to do, kept me informed of the progress and did a thorough job including cleaning the workspace prior to leaving.

Joe and his crew have done work for us for many years, including replacing our furnace and air conditioning. Most recently they installed a new line for our refrigerator’s ice maker. Job well done as usual.

Our 30 year old Lennox A/C went down at 5 pm Friday. A call to Expert got a service tech to our home the next afternoon. A new system was needed and Joe and his team worked through the weekend to have an installation scheduled for Tuesday. Our new system was cooling our home by 2:30 Tuesday afternoon and we could not be happier. A different HVAC company had been out and told me everything was fine with my HVAC and it wasn't the cause of the problem I was having at my house. I felt I needed a second opinion. A friend recommended Expert Heating, Air & Plumbing. When I called, I spoke with Joe at Expert Heating, Air & Plumbing. He listened to my story and didn't make me feel like I didn't know what I was talking about. We scheduled a technician from Expert Heating, Air & Plumbing to come out the next day. Anthony was the technician that arrived to help me. He was fabulous! Anthony was polite, knowledgeable, thorough, explained everything and answered my every question! Within minutes of being at my house, he found the issue with my air conditioner that was causing the problem in my house. He fixed the issue and double-checked everything I asked him to check without hesitation. Even though the problem was with the air conditioning unit, I asked if he could check my furnace area to make sure everything was good. Without batting an eye, he did so! For that I am very grateful! These guys are great! They came fast when I had my AC break down at my pet salon.
