I appreciate the practical tips their service people provide. Anthony was most helpful with the questions I asked. I certainly would recommend them for your heating and cooling needs at a reasonable cost.

Our home temperature varied from room to room by 5 degrees. Anthony added a damper and made adjustments to our furnace. Everything he did made a big difference. He arrived on time, is very congenial and did not leave a mess. He did a fantastic job!

Our furnace quit running overnight in January. Joe, our technician, was able to come out that morning, arrived on time, and quickly located the main problem. He then did further troubleshooting, and found and quickly corrected another two issues. He was very professional and efficiewnt.

Dan and Bobin came to our home for duct cleaning and an A/C tune up. My husband and I are both working from home, so we were able to watch the activity (or at least hear it). It took almost three hours to do all the cleaning (but it was dirty). Super impressed with their thoroughness and respect for our property. They also cleaned up our A/C unit and it literally looks brand new (and it's 15 years old!). They also cleaned out the dryer vent, replaced the screws, and even applied some sealant - a little extra love. I contacted another company for a quote and that company wanted 3 times what Expert quoted us. I will highly recommend these guys. No pressure sales or anything of that kind. Excellent work, excellent price.

Expert replaced our Water heater and Chimney liner. The owner Joe was very responsive and sent his installers out to replace our water heater. The installers Anthony and Paul were professional and they cleaned up when the job was done. I found Joe's price fair and I liked that Experts is a family run business.

I am adding to my review from a year ago. This time around I was a little caught off with some of the charges based on past service experiences, but understood them once explained that I was under charged previously. Service techs are always really nice and explain things. Looks like I will be in the market for a new ac unit next spring 😬...*start of review from last year* David did a great job explaining to me exactly what issues he saw with my furnace and ac. I appreciated that he looked at the furnace even though I only paid for the ac service. Very professional

Joe and his team did my complete HVAC system in my home last year. Price and quality of work were excellent, so much so that I called them yesterday to replace the furnace in my parents home. They were here bright and early this morning and a few hours later, another beautiful install is complete. The house is toasty warm. Highly recommend.

Purchased a new Furnace, A/C unit , dehumidifier and humidifier. The owner Joe came out and on time with a call to let me know he was on his way. Very knowledgeable and fair pricing. Joe was really responsive and and sent a repairman out right away. We had our hot water heater replaced along with the chimney liner. The repairmen were professional and cleaned up after all of the work done. Joe's pricing was very fair. We like using family run businesses and the service they provided was great!

The team at Expert has been extremely helpful and attentive to solving our split AC issues.

First, I don’t easily give out a Five rating. I would have given them 4.5 if that was an option. The only reason why not a five is that the first Expert tech to diagnose our AC overcharged for a part and did not have a very common coolant and left us to find it on our own. After learning more about our AC from a second opinion, we connected back with Experts’ owner Joe who apologized and offered a refund. He also provided a competitive price to replace our AC and Furnace and deducted the entire $700 fee charged from the first visit. Joe did the right thing which earned him our business. He also installed our neighbors units so I had another level of confidence. Lastly, but not least, Anthony the technician who did the install was excellent. He answered all of our questions, was very clean, polite, professional and a pleasure to work with.

We had a great experience with Expert! They installed our new A/C unit and did a wonderful job. Not only was their team friendly and efficient, but they took care in protecting our floors which is always a nice touch. Would definitely recommend them!
