The Eddys crushed it. It was a long job and we had a bunch of people in the house, which only made things more annoying for the Eddys. They made a full furnace replacement feel like a breeze and the helpfully explained the details of the new unit after an 8 hour install. Well done and thank you for the quality work.

Anthony did a very thorough maintenance of our furnace. He went above and beyond to take photos and talk through any issues found while doing a standard visit, as well explaining why something wasn’t working optimally. Would highly recommend.

The staff were very professional and explained everything. When we first talked to Gio he was not pushy even though we knew we needed a new furnace he even asked us if we wanted to think about it first. They came on time finished it up and left everything clean. I will call them again and highly recommend them.

We were having issues with our furnace in our new house and the team took a look at it. Our furnace had cracks, and our humidifier was a terrarium for black mold! The worst part was that it was 20 degrees outside! Due to safety concerns for my expecting wife and 1.5 year old they went out of their way to replace the furnace with a new two stage Bryant system.
Everyone on the team was fantastic and very professional: Luis with our inspection, Giovanni and Angel for our instal. Giovanni was exceptionally communicative and responsive and he stayed until 7pm to make sure our furnace was up and running for us. The system works fantastic now and the work looks great.

We will be using Kats for all of our needs moving forward and recommending them to anyone who might need HVAC services!

Kats Heating and Cooling was great through the entire process of replacing my furnace and air conditioning. Angel and Eddy made sure all my questions were answered before the start and completed the install with high level workmanship then made sure everything was running smoothly and correctly. They were both really personable and professional. Kats came highly recommended to me and I would highly recommend them as well!

You can't go wrong with Gio and his team at Kats Heating & Cooling! Furnace went out the day before Thanksgiving!! Gio came out that day but unfortunately my old furnace was done for. He was able to find a temp solution to keep me warm until his team showed up first thing Friday morning. Excellent communication & excellent support. Kats is wonderful!
Kats also came out a week earlier to check my non-working gas garage heater. Thank goodness I called them ... there were cracks in the unit that could have caused a carbon monoxide leak!

Eddie did an excellent job with our furnance and provided a thorough report. He explained things well and gave next steps for the future. He also arrived on time which is appreciated. Will be using Kats in the future.

Kats installed a new HVAC system in July and came back today to make sure the new furnace was operating properly - and it is. They also did a service check on the other unit. The technician was very articulate about what he found and answered all our questions. Kats is our only "go to" for HVAC - they're the best!

I've been with Kats Heating for years and wouldn't trust anyone else. Anthony was professional and explained all my options clearly. He took his time with me and answered all my questions. I knew my furnace was old and in need of replacing soon. Anthony explained (and showed me) some repairs that were needed. I decided I'd rather put the money towards a new furnace than risk it going out in the Winter. I felt the price for everything they'll be doing is reasonable. They also installed a new air conditioner 3 years ago that I've been very happy with. I highly recommend Kats!
