My furnace went out in the middle of the night. Call them first thing in the morning they showed up realize my blower motor went out, replaced it in a few hours.

Eathen came out to do a check on my furnace. He was very professional and on time. Answered all my questions and also told me about the services they provide. I will use them again.

Climate Control Services got our furnaces ready for this winter. They were prompt and provided excellent service.

I called and made an appointment for my air conditioning unit maintenance, call was answered promptly & the representative on the phone was very accommodating of my schedule. I had Reagan and Chris as my techs. The tune up service was performed & I was given a full report of the condition of my unit. It passed with no issues. When my air conditioner completely blew right before the hottest weekend of the year, Tom and his crew went above and beyond to squeeze me in within 2 days of my consultation to ensure I had a new AC unit before the heat wave hit. The whole team was courteous, on-time, and provided best in class service throughout my entire experience.

My AC broke the day before my surgery, and I decided to replace both the AC and the 25 year-old furnace. Tom was the third person to come to my house to give me a quote, but the only one who insisted on getting my AC working, free of charge, until I made all my decisions about which units to install, so I wouldn’t suffer after my surgery. Great company. Very trustworthy. Tech was quick and efficient for my spring maintenance. Reagan was very friendly and efficient. I have grown to love this company. I have tried others like Mendel and McNally in the past and boy do they love to gouge people. Trust Climate Control they are the first honest company I have found in the area.

Just called Tom to ask about running my furnace fan constantly and he was able to look up my furnace and told me that furnace was not designed for the fan to run constantly
He also informed me that with this very cold weather not to do a setback just leave it at a Constant temperature.

So thankful! Came home in the middle of the night from a week long vacation and found our AC not working. Waited until morning to call. We expected to wait for service until the next business day (at least). Not only did we not have to wait, the issue was resolved within an hour of calling. Tom was very helpful. I highly recommend Climate Control Services. They installed a new HVAC in my home. They did an excellent installation neat and clean. They increased the return air allowing the system to deliver a greater volume of air flow. The new HVAC system seems much better than the old HVAC. The price was also very competitive. I chose Climate Control because they are an American Standard dealer that installs a matched component system. Tom also took care of all the paper work. Rebates, and warranty registration.

Tom Wyse was easy to deal with and his team was friendly and professional. Reagan explained everything and went over the system and install with me. I was very happy with my previous service and would have stayed with them, but Climate Control just gave more options that fulfilled my needs and my budget.

After discovering that we had cracks in the heat exchanger of our 21 year-old furnace, we began the process of securing bids for replacement of the furnace and the a/c unit, given that both were 20+ years-old. I used Angie's List to look for HVAC contractors that specialized in high efficiency, American Standard units, as that brand (affiliated w/ Trane), received the highest marks in Consumer Reports in '18. All 3 contractors who provided bids were well rated on Angie's List, yet not all were equal when considering price, knowledge, professionalism, and their attention to detail.

In the end, I chose Climate Control Services, as their owner, Tom Wyse, was very thorough w/ his bid after evaluating our existing HVAC system, performing a load calculation to determine the proper size of both furnace & a/c units needed for our house, and presenting me w/ viable options based on my budget and long term needs. Not to mention they were able to get the job started less than a week after signing off on his bid!

His bid included a 2-stage furnace, 16 SEER a/c unit, & a chimney liner (which my chimney did not have and is required for venting the hot water heater, which was only 5 years old and I didn't see a need to replace). The bid also included a new humidifier, whole house air cleaner w/ filter, smart thermostat, new piping for venting the furnace, new piping for draining condensate from humidifier, creation of a new, short duct run for the basement, replacement of plumbing feeding the hot water heater, and replacement of heavily corroded duct work.

So although Tom's bid was not the cheapest (middle quote of the 3), there was additional work added that the others didn't indicate were necessary, even though it became clear all were needed after asking Tom many questions and listening to his direct, insightful answers. So in the end, given all work performed over the two day project, I believe the cost was in a reasonable range. Tom did offer financing, though we didn't take any of it, as we used funds from elsewhere to pay for the unexpected expense. Plus he applied all rebates available to bring the cost down.

Special kudos to his staff. Dan & Greg were the installers and they were great. Arrived on time both days, explained what they were doing, answered questions as I had them, cleaned up after themselves, and did a very professional, efficient job w/ both the removal of the existing systems and the install of the new. Their sheet metal work, which they did on site in their truck, was top notch, so I feel confident that the duct work will last for many years to come. One of their techs, Nate, was also great. He came to the site to assist at times and was the one who walked me through the operation of the smart thermostat and furnace.

Overall the experience was really great, as Tom's company really lived up to its exceptional ratings on Google and Angie's List. Tom was involved from day one, w/ the quote, follow-up questions answered, visiting on site both days to ensure the project went on w/out a hitch, and then walked me through the operation/maintenance of the system a second time, including the smart thermostat, which was very helpful. Without any hesitation, I would recommend using Climate Control Services to install your new HVAC system, as Tom really knows his stuff!

Good install experience. Minor adjustment made to wiring. First time install of latest system by this team. Some on site modification made. Heat range needed to be adjusted when heating started. Defaults for heat pump needed to be changed by 20 degrees.

Excellent service all around! Our 15+ year old boiler had stopped working and the night got below freezing, bursting one radiator. Tom Wyse stopped by and inspected everything thoroughly, answered all our questions and gave us an estimate via email the same day for a new boiler and new radiator (~$8k) as well as a link for financing. The crew came out a few days later and worked from 8am til 4pm-ish (apologies for the narrowness of the back stairs and doorway! 😅). The boiler made an odd howling sound that night so we called and a different crew came back the next day and changed up a few pipe placements and bled all the radiators again at no extra charge. Now they work like a charm, sooo wonderful to have a toasty house again! Thank you all!

Guys did service on my boiler, I have at least a 35 year old boiler and this service was long overdue but needed a new thermocouple which is why I needed service. Chris and Reagan did what they could for the time they were here and I appreciated their help.

I had a tough time finding a contractor willing to do my installation. It's a very tight fit. One contractor wanted me to relocate the water heater. Tom from Climate Control Services came out and said no problem, I can make it work. I had a detailed quote in hand within two hours with several options to choose from. Scheduled the install for the following week. The techs were on time, knowledgeable and did a great job including cleaning up after themselves. They also gave me a quick walk through of the new system before leaving. Thanks Tom and the folks and Climate Controls Systems for the great work!
