He took the time to explain the process, answered all my questions, and made sure everything was handled smoothly.

The restoration team was just as impressive. They showed up on time, worked efficiently, and delivered top-quality workmanship. The attention to detail really stood out, and the final results exceeded my expectations. My property looks amazing, and it’s clear they take pride in their work.

From the minute I shook Steve’s hand, I knew he had my family’s well-being and security in mind. After the hailstorm in March 2025, accredited roofing was suggested to me by a friend. We had damage on all of our siding, gutters, roof, garage door, front door, the list goes on. Everything needed to be replaced, and Steve and his team made sure it was done right! We couldn’t be happier with the end result, but more importantly, the communication and assistance Steve provided throughout the process. He walked us through all of our insurance claim questions, as well as volunteering to meet the adjuster if needed. This community means the world to Steve and it shows through his work and dedication with Accredited Roofing!

I am very pleased with the responsiveness and professionalism of Accredited Roofing. Steve called me back within a few minutes and provided same day service during the New Years week and frigid cold temps. He quickly identified and removed a piece of aluminum fascia bent due to a recent windstorm. Even though it was still windy he removed the piece to prevent continued banging against side of house. He said he would return as soon as winds calmed down. True to his word a tech showed up the following day and ensured new fascia was securely installed. Steve was very easy to work with and I definitely recommend Accredited Roofing. I will advise anyone with roofing or siding issues to call him first.

They were upfront and honest about the pricing, patient while working with me as I made different option choices outside of what insurance would cover, and very responsive. They also ended up doing high-quality work On my new gutters, roof, facia, and downspout. I was very pleased!

We've been very happy with TCA over the last several years. Always keep our pets safe. Very transparent about parts of home that were focused on with each cleaning. Team 4 (April, Sarae, & Alyx) are very kind and thorough! It's such a relief to entrust the cleanliness of our home to this team.

The Cleaning Authority is the best cleaning service I've experienced in the 25 years I have contracted cleaning of my home. They are dependable and they are thorough. The TCA app streamlines communication and payment. But the best part is Team 3 - Sara and Terrance! They would tell you that our cat Darcy is part of their team too (they couldn't change the sheets without Darcy).

Sarae & April are very friendly and respectful. I’m thankful for their efforts and for helping me keep this house clean, especially with pets. It’s a huge help. They also informed me how to manage my new rugs. When I’ve needed to reschedule the office has been good about calling me back and I’ve had a QA inspector on several occasions.

Team 4, Sarae and April, cleaned for us today. They even cleaned extra as I am expecting out of town family soon. I like that The Cleaning Authority will price areas of your home separately should you need an occasional "extra" clean, as I did today. They always do an exceptional job, leaving the house looking spotless and smelling like fresh flowers. They work well together, help each other, and I'd love to have them as granddaughters!
