Reviews of local pros in Fairview Heights, Illinois

Today I had a new team including Andrea, Alicia & Temica. It was their 1st time at my home. A quick tour of my home and they went right to work. Very efficient and everything cleaned in just under an hour. Thanks team

Thorough cleaning job! Workers were friendly and responsible. I definitely want them back!

Wonderful job as always. Very happy with experience. Alicia and Ally of team 11, my regulars, back together this round. I can always rely on them to do a wonderful job. Hard working, attention to detail, just a great relief when they at the door. I’ll be leaving well deserved tips for them.

I couldn't be happier with my first experience with Cleaning Authority. My team, Sara and Ally, were not only friendly, but efficient and very thorough. I also appreciated Tina coming by to check in with my team for concerns and questions, thereby, insuring the best quality possible. The Cleaning Authority has excellent communication with employees as well as customers. This is an impressive cleaning company and I feel it is money well spent to use their services.

Very considerate team with attention to detail. Supervision is engaged and available to ensure my expectations are met.

All three cleaners were very friendly from the very beginning. They worked with you if you work from home, and they were timely. Overall very happy and very pleased to be working with them.

Chrissy & McKenzie did an AMAZING JOB!!! This is the cleanest this house has ever been in the 3 years we've lived here.

To quote my teen daughter, "I'm SPEECHLESS & absolutely SO GRATEFUL!!! My bathroom looks AMAZING!!!😁

Cleaning in the main rooms was more detailed than usual; items moved to dust under that hadn't been moved before; kitchen cabinets cleaned of spills, etc. Bathroom meticulously cleaned also.

Thought everything looked great then went to take bath, pulled up bath mat and found this! Apparently my tub has not been fully cleaned in a while. Disappointing

Initial Clean A&B are complete and I couldn’t be happier! I look forward to having my team back biweekly to keep everything up to the level of clean they’ve achieved.
Andrea & Victoria were fast, friendly and very sweet with my three sassy pets! Thank you!

Team 11 did an outstanding job on the Initial A cleaning project. Their attention to detail and dedication were evident in every aspect of their work. The crew meticulously cleaned and sanitized every area, ensuring a spotless and hygienic environment. They worked efficiently and effectively, completing the task ahead of schedule without compromising on quality. Their professionalism and teamwork were exemplary, making the entire process smooth and hassle-free. Overall, Team 11 exceeded expectations and delivered exceptional results, demonstrating their commitment to excellence.

The team is always friendly, on-time and seem to strive for excellence. Today, the crew found a lost piece of jewelry I had been searching for. They brought it to me and were so excited to have found it for me! Definitely Above and Beyond! Highly recommend!

These beautiful ladies cleaned my house 3/18 and it was amazing. The price is great. It was so good I’m paying extra to keep them. They went above and beyond. I recommend for business, residential, or whatever your needs. Also minority women owned business.

Prompt and thorough. Great cleaning and experience. Listened and addressed concerns. Already booked again.

This is Brannon Haller. I am one of the workers boyfriend. Two girls came to my house for a deep clean and they did everything perfect! I've never been so satisfied!

I have been very pleased with their services. I appreciate the ongoing communication via text as to their arrival and confirmation of appointment. They do a great job when they are here. They are friendly and responsive to what I need done.

The best ever. Thank you for being so thorough. Vinnie and Willow are the best! Would rather have them clean our home than anyone else.

I have a Wonderful team. Professional. Kind. And the result was a great cleaning. I'm grateful.

Our house always looks nice when we come home. However, for whatvwe pay I must say that I am frequently disappointed to see dust & dog hair under chairs ir side tables. Behind the toilet is also not cleaned. The areas where nothing has to be moved are always clean

Vinnie and Willow do great work and very good with my pets. So happy they will be coming back each time.

Wonderful team. Made my house look and feel really good again. Also just good energy.Thank you so much.
