I think the maid did a good job, I think for for the amount that we paid for a deep cleaning is questionable. The maid did not clean at least two stand up mirrors in the home, the front glass door still has fingerprints in it, I had to ask her to wipe the dust off the refridgerator, I also had to ask her to clean the track the sliding door is on along with some shelves in an entertainment center that was visible because of the glass door, I want to exclude the wash room because they really dont do much in there. otherwise her customer service was a 9, her cleanliness is about an 8, I think she needed someone to assist her earlier and she would have done a better job, I going to re evaluate if we will do two cleanings a week, we are not home much and I think the price is a little high. The leather furniture and the marble floors just didnt shine the way I had anticipated, maybe she can use another cleaning solution that will the fllor and furniture looking polished, she did an EXCEPTIONAL job in the bathroom really impressed with that. I wanted to get my basement cleaned but we just dont use or leave enough mess for a bi weekly cleaning

Willow and Vinnie are so sweet and they do an amazing job cleaning my house. I am really picky about my house and they understood my needs and accommodated my concerns. I completely trust them in my home!

The maids that came were friendly, prompt, and thorough. My place hasn't looked this good since I moved in! I even chatted with them some while they were cleaning the room I was in, since my anxiety made anything else impossible, and it didn't bother or slow them one bit. I'm really glad I hired Merry Maids.

Be aware, though: they don't do dishes or major trash pickup and organization.

Vinny and Willow were beyond excellent! They took such pride in making sure all was done in the house. My house sparkles from top to bottom.

I met with Chris. She was very professional, and very pleasant. I really connected with her. She explained in detail of what services the staff would come in and do on my appointment date. I can not hold her responsible for what was not completed but what was promised was not performed at the time of being serviced. I was really excited about being a first time customer for ANY cleaning service. So, when the results were nothing of what I was promised, I was really disappointed. I really felt like I had been taken advantage of. I hope this company is that really considers a refresher course for EVERYONE on “detail.” As a cleaning company paying close attention to detail is a major key to cleaning. I wanted to love this company because everyone was so nice but unfortunately they missed the mark on specific things I asked to be done. I believe If they had the proper equipment for certain areas of the home some of these things would have been a success. I would refer this company to someone ONLY for regular maintenance cleaning NOT “detailed.” I spent 3 days having Merry Maids try to make this situation right. I just don’t feel like they performed at the level of a “detailed service.” I really hate that I have to post this experience but unfortunately it happened. Take care

The appointment was easy to set. The service that was done to our house was transforming I can’t say enough of quality and value of the cleaners. I recommend them to everyone.

Kathy and her team were fantastic. They handled my difficult cleaning job with professionalism and attention to detail. She truly was a godsend for my family and I! We are so grateful and recommend her strongly to anyone in need of cleaning services.

We have searched for great, reliable cleaners for too long. We asked Merry Maids for help, and to be honest, our first cleaner wasn't great. We gave an honest review and they got in contact with us quickly and had the BEST cleaners out to make things right the next morning. We have been nothing but happy with Merry Maid's communication, consistency, reminders, and I LOVE the feature that tells us when cleaners are on their way. Our current cleaners, Vinnie and Willow, are amazingly sweet and show pride in their work. It's so relaxing coming home after they've been at our house.

The office staff is quick to respond and they've been friendly and helpful in our communications.

Our biggest issue with past cleaners was that people wouldn't show up, and Merry Maids hasn't canceled our scheduled clean even once. Give them a try!

Here’s an update from today: once again Merry Maids did a phenomenal job on my house! Crystal was here today and she knocked it out of the park! What a thorough cleaning! Thanks Crystal! Sam comes by often and we can always count on a beautifully clean house and a trustworthy housekeeper. The management and office personnel work with you to provide the most convenient times and days and vetted cleaning crews.

I’m still a huge fan of Merry Maids after years and years of being a customer! Their cleaning crew is always hardworking and friendly. They do a great job on floors and dusting and bathrooms. They are trustworthy too!

The Team did a great job, my only issue was the box that they staged trash in wasn't taken out but as I had to throw things away I didn't mind it until I went to pick it up and because the ash and debris bag tore it spilled everywhere and I had to clean it up.

I reached back to Merry Maids and informed them about what happened and the coordinator was happy to send someone to clean up the soiled hallway.

The customer service is excellent.

Everyone we have had is amazing. All very friendly, our house looks and smells great afterwards. Really appreciate the hard work and attention to detail.

I try to avoid surveys because I get lots of them but I’m doing this one because I’ve been a delighted customer of Merry Maids for 14 years. I’m always happy with the work the people do my in home. They’re friendly and helpful, and I’m very pleased with them. I think the cost is reasonable, and I went quite a few years without an increase in cost. Please keep up the good work, and know you have a loyal customer.

Merry Maids consistently hires great employees and I’m never disappointed in a cleaning. But most recently, I’ve had Allison and she is really great! I am normally home when she comes and she is always friendly and courteous and works very hard. She also is great with my dog, which is saying some thing! 😃

I called and needed next day service. Cathy let me know that she will try her best and get me an appointment scheduled. Thank you sooooo much. 4 amazing hardworking people came and got the job done. And got the job done quick. They only missed 1 spot which I overlook all the time so I can’t complain. I appreciate everything they did. They even redecorated my daughter toys and when she got home she was soooo happy to see her clean room. Thank you all for going above and beyond. Definitely will use Merry Maids in the future.

Edit2: Today, we were lucky to have Vinnie and Willow come do our monthly clean! They are incredible! They are so thorough and careful, and still so friendly and professional! They kept me updated throughout the appointment. Our cats are shedding like crazy right now, and Vinnie and Willow (and their trainee) did a fabulous job handling all the fur! They also did fantastic work on our problem areas, like the bathrooms, and the kitty litter, and the stove top looks incredible.

The house feels awesome. I feel like I can walk around barefoot again! I will definitely be requesting this team for my monthly cleanings!

Hello! I recently hired Merry Maids to do a deep clean of our whole two-story house. Two young gals came to take care of it, and regardless of their lack of experience, they did a great job! Our house was more cluttered than filthy, other than the cat hair from our fluffy kitties, but the girls did a super job of cleaning and tidying everything up. We had not expected they could do much in the bedrooms, but they made them look amazing! Our whole house feels better! Thank you!

Edit: We had a different team last month for a monthly clean, and they did a good job and they helped our high traffic areas feel so much better.

I hired Merry Maids for my daughter as a gift. The cleaning crew was very generous with their time and were very kind to the kids. It was a wonderful present to have her house clean and the kids happy. Thank you.

Here are photos of the post construction clean. I had to wipe down closets, shelves and walls today. Debris was mopped into corners and left. The Windows need to be completely re cleaned and post construction windows have drywall dust all over them.
Chris in the office has not gotten back to me after I called to request a partial refund. This was a 4 person job and only two showed up. This was WAY to large a job for two people. I paid 830 dollars to have to hire a local person to help me prep for the move in tomorrow.

We’ve been using Merry Maids for several years, and we’re very pleased. They are always professional and accommodating. I don’t feel nickel and dimed for specific requests, and their communication is excellent. The cleaners are very nice and hardworking, and our place looks great, even with young kids and dogs. The staff is professional and did an awesome job cleaning. My home was so clean and fresh when they were done. The best cleaners I have ever had!

I hired Merry Maids to do a move out clean. They got everything on the required check list and then some. I really appreciate them being early and getting the job done in a few hours. It’s one less thing to worry about when handing the unit back to property management! Great job!

$320 for 1 person, 2 hours. Shower looked like it wasn't even touched. Wife asked if they even showed up. I swept under the vanities and realized it wasn't touched. For $320 I would of expected more time and attention to detail. Can not even begin to explain how disappointed the wife and I were. I cleaned the shower myself in less than 15 minutes afterwards. Chairs weren't even moved to vacuum under.
